We had to find a place last minute due to some unexpected circumstances, and Lori was incredibly accommodating. We only needed it for one night to fit five of us, and the three-bedroom setup was perfect. She went above and beyond by offering early check-in and late check-out, and even brought us muffins and coffee since she knew we had to hit the road early. The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but it didn’t cause any major issues. All in all, a great stay — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Everything was wonderful! So peaceful, clean, and comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. I personally loved that it wasn’t over cluttered with decorations! Plenty of room to put your stuff down and get to your vacation. Felt right at home!

I appreciated all the snacks and drinks that were included. Bathroom was stocked with everything you'd need and there was detergent for the washer too

Caroline was a wonderful host. We felt very welcome and appreciated the breakfast food, milk, and juice. I would definitely stay there again.

Where do we start? Communication leading up to and during our stay was wonderful! Anything you could possibly need was readily available, down to the jerk sauce in the fridge. Lol. We always purchase our own cleaning products anywhere we stay and this was the 1st time we used none of it. Down to cups and even the beverages left for us. The home was so welcoming and comfortable that we slept longer than we intended to and missed an activity we planned for. Lol. This was a spectacular AirBNB experience! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A 10/10 experience by far.

Our recent stay at The Magnolia House in Mystic, CT, was delightful. The home comfortably accommodated our group of five adults and one infant. Its location provided easy access to Mystic's attractions, making our visit convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend The Magnolia House to anyone visiting the area!

I really liked staying in this Airbnb and it’s prime location in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. It was convenient to my parents home, who I was visiting. There was a polar vortex and the home was so toasty warm and cozy! I really enjoyed getting back there at the end of my day. This AirBnB is one of the better stocked properties I’ve stayed at. They had plenty of towels, sheets, extra fleece blankets, and kitchen items. Many times when I stay at a place I will run out of things such as garbage bags and paper towels, and there aren’t any extra there. That wasn’t the case at Robert’s property. He was very, very thoughtful in setting up this home for guests! I’ll be back! Thank you.

This is the second time time we've stayed at Carol's place. It's spacious, comfortable, with plenty of open rooms. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. This is becoming our yearly must-stay place!

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

Maher’s house was an amazing peaceful experience. I enjoyed my time there and he had great recommendations to restaurants and activities! He was very responsive with all questions we had. I will totally stay here in the future if I can get the chance again!! Thank you Maher!!

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

We had a fun weekend at Abigail 's place. The house is in a quiet cul de sac - exactly what we were looking for. There is a private beach a 15 min walk away that the kids loved. Host was very responsive and house was clean and stocked. thanks for having us!

Carlos is a friendly and responsive host. Our family enjoyed everything about his place and we felt right at home. All 6 of us were very comfortable in this spacious and well appointed home in a nice neighborhood close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is roomy and clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is great. There were juices and sodas and water in the mini fridge, a coffee maker with coffee and some wrapped snacks. A comfortable place to stay in a very pricy part of Long Island if you prefer a home over a hotel. We were only there for the 2 nights of our stay since we were out all day and for that it was perfect.

Maura was an excellent host and the home was perfect! We enjoyed the weekend very much and cannot thank Maura enough for her kindness, responsiveness, warm hearted spirit, and for opening up her home to us. Will always keep this spot in mind for future SI adventures!

We had a wonderful stay at Heather and Bill’s home. They were very helpful with house instructions and local recommendations. Their house is spacious both inside and outside which was great for our large group of adults and kids. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown and the aquarium. We would definitely stay here again.

Linda was an incredible host, she was so helpful, had great recommendations and was happy to help. Her place was clean, easy to access and felt very safe. We loved our time at Linda’s place and feel it’s the best space we’ve rented. We can’t wait to go back!

We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

Marta & Pete were great hosts. Left helpful instructions and a list of places in the area. The Cottage was definitely a great place to celebrate our anniversary. We wish we could have tried some of their oysters, but look forward to going back during the beach season when they're probably plentiful.

As always, we love our stay at the cottage. It’s becoming our home away from home when visiting our son. Thanks for all our goodies! Always a great surprise! Have a wonderful Christmas. We’ll see you next year I hope.
