Dan’s place far exceeded our expectations. I truly don’t think I can do it justice in a review, you have to visit to see for yourself. The location is excellent! Tucked in a quiet street yet a stones throw from EVERYTHING! You can see the water from your windows and front stoop. The street is safe, the area is walkable, the space is well appointed comfortable and clean. We had such a wonderful time in already looking at possible weekends to return. This place is a gem and im thankful we found it.

Krista place is very clean and welcoming. It had perfect personal touches. From coffee creamer for our morning coffee, to shower essentials. I find the small personal touches so nice and it is welcoming. Christa offered east check in and extended my check out time with no questions ask. This was a very nice place for a weekend trip and we will def be booking again!

One of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed! This beautiful little house is exquisite, perched on a hill over the water, filled with birds, lit with glowing light. A house like a poem. I can’t say enough, good things about it and about the warmth of the hosts. ❤️

This our second time staying at one of the houses on the river. Great location and house is as described. Would highly recommend.

KJ & Sandy were wonderful hosts and their home was beautiful! We truly felt like we were staying in a family vacation home, in the best way. It was homey, inviting, and every detail was thought out. The layout of the house is perfect for hanging out and cooking big meals together as a group , but there are enough private spaces if someone needs their alone time. The house had everything we needed, and more! We had a wonderful weekend and will be staying here again if we come to Mystic!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, the wifi worked well, the kitchen was well equipped. The Greenport IGA is nearby. Greenport is also quite convenient for Orient Point State Park, where we spent most of our time. We would definitely return.

Michael and Katlyn's Seaport Sanctuary is the perfect place to stay and enjoy what Mystic has to offer. My only regret is that my group didn't have even more time to spend hanging out in the house! The home boasts many spacious living areas perfect for a larger group or family. The four bedrooms ensured that each member of my group had privacy and was comfortable in their own bedroom. The outside of the house looks great as well, and there is a nice back yard area and patio with a table and chairs. Michael and Katlyn are thorough, attentive, and responsive hosts. I hope to come back and stay again!

This will be the 4th time I have stayed at Theresa's beautiful home. We always have a great time. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to enjoy themselves on vacation.I highly recommend it.

We have stayed in A LOT of Airbnbs all over the world and I can honestly say this has been our favorite. Between the cleanliness, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, all the books, toys and supplies for small children it was perfect. And one of the hardest things to find in an Airbnb is a comfy couch and this place had the best couch and most comfortable bed and pillows. We would 100% stay here again. Not only was James super responsive but the house was in an amazing area. We were able to walk to dinner and downtown multiple nights. Highly recommend - 5 stars
