The cottage is one of the original constructions on Walled Lake, MI. Recently renovated interiors makes this place very inviting, directly from E. Lake Drive. Walk or ride a few minutes in either direction for parks, sand beaches, restaurants, shops and panoramic views of the lake. Twelve Oaks mall is just 1.9 miles away. Exercise the 5.4 miles walkway circumference around the lake. Sit on the front porch and watch at others on the move, or sit on the back porch and enjoy some peaceful reading.

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. We took extra care to make sure every detail was thought of to make you as comfortable as you would be in a fine hotel. We've included extras like ceiling fans in both bedrooms, a patio table and chairs, family board games, books to read, and children’s plastic kitchen ware. We do not live here, but live very close by.

Park like neighborhood, cozy ,safe and easy access .Your family will be close to everything , around 30 min driving to attraction Metropolitan Detroit has without the hassle of noise, safety or parking. Available for short or long term rental , not appropriate for large gatherings property’s footprint is cozy but rather small , pets are welcome .We don't accept big parties with more than 10 people , house has outdoor surveillance cameras and might monitor the guests volume.
