Familienfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Nysa Kłodzka

Dom jest fenomenalny, zdjęcia nie oddają jego wielkości, pomieszczenia są przestronne a łazienka na parterze ogromna. Wystrój pasuje do domku myśliwskiego, jest mocno eklektyczny ale też nieprzytłaczajacy. Kuchnia wyposażona doskonale, nie brakuje żadnego sprzętu, można nawet upiec ciasto.

Klidné a útulné bydlení. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Určitě se rádi vrátíme:-).

The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

Ubytování je nádherné, spousta prostoru a ideálně zařízená jak pro rodiny, tak pro partu přátel. S hostitelem skvělá komunikace, odpovědi na zprávy do pár minut. Ubytování mohu jen doporučit.

Für den günstigen Preis, war wirklich alles super. Die Sauna und der Pool funktionieren sehr gut und bereichern jeden Aufenthalt. Checkin und Checkout waren sehr unkompliziert und vor allem auch flexibel. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und empfehlen es allen Gruppen bis 15 Personen! Danke!! :)

Andrzej was a great host and the house was wonderful. Very relaxing… we felt right at home. Sobatka was a great small town within easy walking distance. Highly recommend. We hope to come back again.

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel mit der ganzen Familie (9Erwachsene, 4Kinder + Hund) in der Cottage Rozarka verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus besitzt einen großer Wohnraum, offenen Kamin, Sauna, Kickertisch und alles was wir brauchten. Die Skipiste war auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fazit: tolle Unterkunft, super Kommunikation, hilfsbereiter Besitzer, sehr empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank Luboš!

Przytulne, nieduże mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy. Spacerkiem 10 minut do rynku. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Komunikatywny gospodarz.

We really enjoyed staying at Marianna's house. It's spacious and lovely decorated. The terrace is also a very nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The house and interior ar exactly as seen on the Air Bnb Website. Marianna is also a very good host. Although not present at the house, she replies to messages very quickly and is really helpful. You can walk from the house to the centre of Swidnica in about half an hour, but it's also possible to park your car for free halfway the route to the centre (close to the roundabout near to the Galeria). From the house you can also easily leave town for a trip by car to go sightseeing in Lower Silezia. The sites are for example reachable within 1,5 hours: Sbredna Fortress, Wroclaw, Stolowe mountains, Kodzko (Minieuropa), several mines (we visited the mineral mine in Szklay Huta), Walzbrych castle, Grodno Castle and much more. I recommend this place!

Klimatyczny domek w pięknej i spokojnej okolicy. Las, natura, brak ludzi, kominek, miejsce na ognisko, grilla, duży salon, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, spore sypialnie. Bardzo dobry zasięg sieci komorkowej oraz wi-fi . Czysto i wygodnie. Daleko do sklepu, za to blisko do Boudy na piwo ;) Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i komunikatywny. Elastyczne godziny przyjazdu i wyjazdu. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek wśród natury z rodziną lub przyjaciółmi. Nie chce się stąd wyjeżdżać... Chce się tu wracać :)

Chalupa Marty je umístěna na konci Rokytnice a je pravou oázou klidu. Je ale velmi jednoduše přístupná. Skýtá velký prostor "k výběhu" jak uvnitř chalupy, tak venku :) Pro pobyt s dětmi je to ideální ubytování - v chalupě je spousta hraček a místa ke hraní. Vnitřní zařízení je dostačující. Marta i její kolegyně, se kterou jsme komunikovali na místě, byly velmi vstřícné a nápomocné. Na 100 % doporučuji pro ty, co si chtějí s dětmi (ale i bez nich) odpočinout v přírodě.

Ubytování v poklidné lokalitě - v blízkosti místa pro turistiku, zimní sporty aj. Celkově hodnotíme náš Silvestrovský pobyt velice pozitivně. Překvapením bylo, že ubytování ve skutečnosti vypadalo ještě lépe než na poskytnutých fotkách na Airbnb. Oplocený pozemek výhodou pro návštěvu ubytování se psem. Dům splňoval vše - kuchyňské vybavení, ložní prádlo, skvělá retro kamna, garáž..Při příjezdu hospodyně měla hezky uklizeno, předání klíčů od domu též proběhlo v pořádku.

Vše bylo v pořádku, hezká chalupa se vším, co by jste potřebovali. Vybavená na 100%, všeho dostatek. Při příjezdu vytopeno. Skvělý relax na peci. V jednom z pokojíků místo kuchyňky rekonstrukce, nakonec nás ale bylo méně, tak nevadilo. Vrátíme se zkusit i jiné roční období.

Lokum jako baza wypadowa w góry. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić, łóżka bardzo wygodne, wszystko świeże, kontakt bezproblemowy, wszystkie instrukcje jasne i na miejscu. Okolica cicha i klimatyczna, dolny Śląsk ma to swoje „coś”. Szczerze polecamy:)

The place is amazing. We were there in winter, so we were mostly inside. The place is VERY spacious. It can fit 12 people and you wouldn't have to bump into anyone the whole day if you didn't want to. It has a very nice, classical style, and sort of mysterious vibe about it :). We loved it. Also the nature around is beautiful, so perfect for walks / bikes / trips.

It was an amazing stay! If you enjoy the nature this is perfect for you! Communication, arriving and getting the key from the keybox was uncomplicated. This little gem has everything you might need (e.g. a kitchen with a good amount of equipment, a good working shower, a nice little private "garden", WiFi that is working perfectly and so on). A forest is right there which is amazing for walks (with dogs). Thank you, for the great stay! :)

The house is beautiful, well designed and very comfortable. It's perfect for a group of friends or a big family. You can find there the private space in pretty bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) or have a huge social space with big table – perfect for meals or playing activities. The house is new and fresh. The owners are friendly people and contact with them is nice. They are very helpful.

We had a wonderful time! The house is very cosy, the garden is great and most of all it was so quiet. It was everything we hoped for. The environment is very pretty with lots to see and do. Skvělé ubytování pro větší skupinu přátel s dětmi, dostatek prostoru pro posezení jak uvnitř tak i venku. Komunikace s paní majitelkou perfektní, flexibilní čas příjezdu i odjezdu. Mohu vřele doporučit.

La casa de Martín además de ser preciosa, está totalmente impecable. Martín y Jana están siempre disponibles para ayudar y son personas muy amables.
