Our two bedroom suite is super comfortable. Great beds and linens. Full kitchen and full bath. The living room is fully equipped with really comfy furniture, WiFi and fireplace. We can accommodate as many as four guests. Our location is close to great beaches, shopping and UVIC is right across the street. Downtown is a fifteen minute drive and UVIC offers bus service everywhere. Cadboro Bay is a wonderful neighborhood, one of Victoria’s finest. It is terrific.

Bright, spacious and with all the comforts of home! If relaxation and privacy is what you crave, this unit has a separate entrance and patio/ private hot tub/backyard reserved for your own personal use. This suite is on the ground level of our primary residence, so your hosts reside on the floors above and are readily available if necessary. Although ground level, this suite has high ceilings and large windows providing bright, natural light.

Bright, updated and clean 2 bedroom suite. Full kitchen with dishwasher and in-suite laundry. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed (cutlery, dishes, mugs, glasses, coffee maker, etc.) Neighbourhood is a lovely quiet pocket right in the middle of it all! Additional note: this is a downstairs suite in our home, so you may hear footsteps of us living in the main floor portion of the house.
