Barbara is an excellent host. Very personable, kind, considerate and provided a very lenient check out time which was helpful because I ended up getting sick. The resident cat, Maumau, made our stay even better. Maumau is the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest cat queen. It was very thoughtful for Barbara to provide tea, coffee eggs, snacks, and other drinks. We are very grateful for you and your husband, as well as Maumau. Look forward to coming back when I’m feeling better. Thank you ☺️

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Dave is a great host. The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment. I had a couple of small things come up during my stay, but Dave took care of them right away (even on a Saturday evening!). There was some noise from the street and the equipment on the building but nothing that a pair of basic ear plugs couldn’t handle. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Mike’s place was exactly what we hoped for—spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Communication was effortless; Mike replied quickly and made sure every need was met. The dedicated parking spot right in front of the elevator was a huge convenience, especially with luggage. We loved the location too: Target and Trader Joe’s were only a short stroll away, and a pleasant walk brought us to the beach and pier for sunset. Highly recommended!

Perfect little place to stay while on business. Very nice to have a kitchen where we could make our own meals and not have to rely on eating out. Stocked with the right amenities, access to washer and dryer, and very clean! The beds are firm, which was a bit difficult form us personally, but that in no way will reduce my score and review of this quaint and perfectly located gem.

This home was amazing! I felt safe and comfortable. He was an amazing host. Very flexible and accommodating. The rooms were larger than expected and the ceilings are higher which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Woodland Hills.

I have not negative to say about Tony’s place. The Studio was sparkling clean. The building itself was safe. Tony is a also a great host- He was responsive!

Sara's place was great, and served our needs very well. As others have said there is nothing special about the exterior of the house but that did not matter to us. Everything that mattered was fantastic - the house was very well designed, clean, and functional. The beds and the couch were very comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic (especially if you like to cook!), and the big back yard was a bonus. It proved to be a great place to stay with young kids. Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The location is peaceful. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Well stocked home, never lacked for clean towels, bedding, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc which I've found missing from other airbnbs sometimes. The home was comfortable, and the art studio doubles as an extra private bedroom when the large sliding door between it and the kitchen is shut. Pull out beds in 2 couches make for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The best part of this house is being able to open it all up and enjoy the indoor and outdoor living spaces together in a seamless flow. Beautiful inside and out - we loved our stay here.

Great stay overall. Had all the basic amenities and no frills. Noticed the outside bathroom has slight pink discoloration in the grout so it was a bit unsightly. The outlet in that bathroom also wasn’t working and it was a bit inconvenient. The building nearby had an alarm go off at 5-6 am one morning and it woke everyone up; hopefully, it was just a one-time thing. Very spacious house and open backyard.

Amazing place!! Justin was so friendly and responsive, and he made check in/check out a breeze (and even provided flexible check out that was very helpful for my travel schedule). I also really appreciated how Justin worked so hard to resolve a little Internet issue ASAP and now the place has blazing fiber internet! The place was super well-equipped -- powerful washer/dryer, tons of detergent pods, huge coffee machine with ground coffee, super clean space, and shower with GREAT pressure. The heater worked well too for the night. Book this place -- I highly recommend it!!

Gorgeous accommodation. The garden is also beautiful and perfect for a SoCal evening. Loved staying here. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Mo & Nessy were amazing hosts! The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Venice and Venice Canals, few blocks to the beach and Venice pier and close to verything. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 1 month. Host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true LA experience! Would definitely come back.
