The space is equipped with a reverse osmosis drinking water system, modern HRV, electric furnace and central air.

The closest pier is only an 8 minutes walk away. It is a 5 minute drive to Winnipeg Beach & Matlock Beach and a 20 minute drive to Gimli. Great location for ice fishing, hunting and snow mobiles.
