Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Located on a 120 acre farm. The ultimate star gazing pad. The unusual lodging is fully equipped to help you enjoy a excellent and original night. A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. A 14th Century self contained wing off the main house set in a peaceful location just outside Faversham, Kent. This charming cottage is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Kent. Or if you just want to relax, bring a book or two and relax in front of the woodburner fire. There are bridleways and public footpaths on the doorstep, which are beautiful anytime of the year, being in the heart of the Garden of England. There are many National Trust/ English Heritage attractions in close proximity.

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

We welcome you to our beautiful studio situated in our back garden in Whitstable. We are located a few minutes walk from Tankerton slopes and the sea. Our spacious cabin contains a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, one induction plate, tea/coffee/milk. Stunning luxury en-suite bathroom with shower. Double cast iron bed and sofa bed suitable for a child. Toiletries, towels and bedding. Decorated with attention to detail to make it a special place to relax by the seaside.

Seasalter & Whitstable Beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away. During the week the local bus runs into both Whitstable & Faversham and Taxis are readily available from either town.
