Nice bright and modern condo in a quiet residential neighborhood. Condo is exactly as described with good Wi-Fi and AC. Would recommend having your own vehicle to get to central La Crucecita or Santa Cruz areas. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

Me gustó mucho quedarme en este alojamiento, está poquito escondido para llegar, pero con las instrucciones de Diego me fue muy fácil llegar, también el horario de llegada fue muy flexible. El lugar fue muy cómodo para dormir, la cercanía con el centro de la ciudad fue lo más increíble, pues pudimos disfrutar más la ciudad✨

Un lugar muy increíble, muy tranquilo y la comunicación con victoria fue muy buena, nos la pasamos genial, muchas gracias y espero poder volver pronto

Está muy tranquilo y cómodo el lugar, te puedes mover en taxi o transporte público al centro de Oaxaca, sin duda me volvería a hospedar.

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

Excelente lugar, identifico a las fotos. Cómodo y bonito, áreas comunes con el hotel muy limpias y agradables. Recomiendo este airbnb si quieres pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas.

I had a great four weeks at Roci’s place. The space is beautiful and comfortable. Roci herself is a very hands-on host and was very helpful in my acclimation to Oaxaca. The internet in the apartment is strong and I was able to work without any glitches. The rooftop terrace is great, especially in the mornings and evenings. I also enjoyed getting to knowRoci and the other guests. I definitely recommend the place.

Todo excelente, fue muy amable y el lugar estaba precioso, nos la pasamos muy a gusto en familia, las albercas estaban súper, y la ubicación padrísima, cerca de todo, sin duda regresaríamos !

El departamento esta muy agradable, primer piso, lo cual, si vas con maletas no tienes que subir escaleras, minimalista pero con mucho espacio para guardar tus cosas, seguridad en el fraccionamiento y cercania con la zona turistica. Un lugar que te hace sentir como en casa.

Amamos este lugar, limpio, amplio, bonito, ordenado y muy exclusivo. Disfrutamos mucho de la alberca. Tiene estacionamiento. Es un complejo de apartamentos muy bien distribuido y elegante. La lavadora es algo que mi esposa agradeció mucho. Lo recomendamos mucho. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Excelente departamento, limpio, amueblado y en una ubicación donde realmente todo está no más de 15 min realmente me sentí en casa, además Arturo es un gran anfitrión. lo recomiendo mucho

TODO MUY BIEN, LUGAR AGRADABLE TRANQUILO Y SIBRE TODO MUCHA PRIVACIDAD. EL ÚNICO DETALLE FUE QUE LA ALBERCA PRIVADA NO SE PUDO OCUPAR PRÁCTICAMENTE 2 DIAS POR LIMPIEZA. PERO AUN ASI LA DISFRUTAMOS.

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es que cuenta con acceso a la playa, las albercas son ideales para los niños. El lugar es muy bonito, acogedor y cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y convivir con la familia. Nosotros llevamos auto así que no tuvimos ningún problema para llegar y desplazarnos. Desayunamos en otro residencial cercano que es hotel y tiene un restaurante que ofrece ricos desayunos ya que el restaurante de aquí estaba cerrado. La playa es pequeña y tranquila, perfecta para niños y adultos

Excelentes instalaciones, me hubiera encantado pasar más tiempo ahí, pero venimos a pasar tiempo en la playa entonces siento que no sacamos provecho del inmueble , sin embargo eso no le demerita lo bonito y cómodo que es, si el viaje hubiera sido con otra planeación y el mayor tiempo se hubiera pasado en el inmueble hubiera sido más rentable para nosotros. tomar en cuenta que hay que leer el reglamento de separación de residuos y preguntar por consumo de energía eléctrica.

Affordable for the cost conscious long travellers. Room is clean and spacious. Seperate rooms for 1. Kitchen and Dining table, 2. Large bedroom and 3. Toilet. Location close to centre of town.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, toda la casa limpia y coincide con las fotos . La ubicación está perfecta, cerca de la zona de restaurantes y playa pero te evitas todo el ruido. Agregaría unos trapos en la cocina para poder secar y limpiar , pero en general excelente 👌

And very private - you get the beautiful house all to yourself! A truly colonial way of living with modern day amenities added for comfort. And as if this were not enough - you find a well stocked refrigerator (eggs, beer, wine, juice, milk), phenomenal Oaxacan coffee, small snacks, cereal, fully equipped kitchen and wood-fired grill... You cannot ask for more... We highly recommend Becky's place. We would like to return.

Excelente ubicación muy tranquila la casa cuenta con todos los que uno necesita para su estancia, la alberca el agua súper Rica todo muy bien la zona súper tranquila, muy fácil llegar está cerca del aeropuerto. La recomiendo mucho

La estancia fue increíble! Mariana y Alejandro resolvieron todas las dudas que nos iban surgiendo antes y durante el viaje, todas las instrucciones fueron muy claras, la villa está increíble la recomiendo muchísimo.

We loved staying at casa Sheela. The home is lovely. It’s spacious and perfect for a family of four. It’s well decorated and clean. We enjoyed the special outdoor spaces this home provided to take breaks during the day. As a host Eddie was very accommodating and an exceptional communicator. He reached out several times to us during our stay and responded very quickly to all our questions. The location was perfect to us. We wanted the convenience of being located at the center of Oaxaca so we could walk everywhere and we understood this meant more sounds and noise (music and cars) at night. It didn’t bother us that much and we all slept and rested well. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Oaxaca.

Hermoso lugar y unas anfitrionas increíbles! Mi nuevo lugar en Oaxaca es éste. Amé la casa- super espaciosa y fresca para el calor de Oaxaca. A la hora de la siesta pude encontrar un lindo lugar en el piso de arriba para poner mi tapete de yoga y meditar, y también para escribir. Mi marido ocupó la gran mesa de abajo para trabajar y estábamos cada uno en su mundo hasta la hora de salir a ver Oaxaca. Fuimos al Mercado de la Merced varias veces, cocinamos cuando nos cansamos de comer en restaurantes y encontramos todo en la casa para hacerlo. Disfrutamos el vino bien frío que nos dejaron de regalo y también unos sorbos de mezcal. Las anfitrionas fueron super super divinas y nos ofrecieron una noche extra porque en nuestro camino de ida, en auto, fuimos retenidos por un corte de ruta que nos obligó a hacer noche en Tehuacán. Un gesto maravilloso e inesperado. Muy felices, muy agradecidos.
