Simon was very prompt in getting back with any questions I had. The house was right across the street. Great place to stay.

What a great location. Steps from the boardwalk. The unit was super clean and well maintained. We were there in the winter, and there was still lots to do - certainly a whole lot more fun in the summer. The unit is spacious and well laid out. Was a great stay.

Our stay at Tom and Deb’s was spectacular! Their location is just 1 block to the beach (very helpful when you have little ones to bring back and forth) and within reaching distance to Barnacle Bills and all the great food options on 35. Their home was filled with all the amenities you could need. Their home didn’t feel like a rental, you walked in and felt right at home. We hope to be back next year!😎

The perfect place for easy access to the beach and train to Asbury park. Lorraine was wonderful and made us cookies on our arrival and muffins on our departure. She was an excellent host and the town home was absolutely perfect. Wonderful kitchen for cooking, very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. This is a must stay if you are in the area and Lorraine’s hospitality tops it all!

The pics on Airbnb don’t make justice to her place! The place is more beautiful and bigger than the pics show. She was very accommodating to our requests. We had a very good time there and are planning to go back next summer.

I’ve been coming to the Lavallette area my whole life. We have an annual rental and some additional family homes in Lavallette, but we needed a few extra beds this year- so decided to rent Danielle’s place. It was the perfect spot- centrally located, great AC, and provided all the necessary things we could have needed (sheets, towels, coffee machine, etc!). Danielle was easy to communicate with and we overall had a great experience staying here. If you’re thinking about booking in Lavallette, book Danielle’s place!

we enjoyed our stay at Michelle's apartment. it is large and easily accomodated the four of us. There is plenty of hot water for showering, and a char broil brand grill in the rear alley directly off of the kitchen, and a beach cruiser bicycle in the dining room closet were a nice touch. One thing which is my fault is that I misread the listing info and thought that because it came up under my search filter for an entire home, it wouldn't be an apartment unit in a multi-unit building. I should have known that listings with no exterior photos omit them for a specific reason!

We enjoyed staying here for our LBI Christmas—great, convenient location and the house was spacious with a nice layout for two families with little kids!

Great place. Very clean and was a good place to stay for a wedding weekend. It’s not ideal to bring your own sheets, toilet paper, etc for a short term stay so something to be aware of.

This was my first experience with AirBnB and Amanda really set the bar high! I travel for work and i have stayed at dozens of hotels all over the country and this house was cleaner, neater, and friendlier than most high end Hotels I’ve stayed at. Being minutes from the shore and great eats I couldn’t recommend this location more. Definitely contemplating a trip back with the family just to experience it the way it was meant to rather than just work.

My family had a great vacation staying here. It was very convenient to the beach and the boardwalk. The 2-car gated garage was a plus for parking. Also, the rooms were very spacious.

Melissa always replied quickly and was very informative and all instructions were very detailed. The house was in a perfect location. We only used the car to go the grocery store. It is so close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Location couldn’t have been better! The house was exactly what the pictures showed and the description said. We will definitely be back for our annual family vacation! 5 star all around!

Great location with wonderful view of the bay. Townhouse was very clean and spacious and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooftop deck is a great plus. My family enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

If you are looking for a vacation spot on the Jersey Shore to house a 7-8 person family, this home is the perfect spot for you! My family and I enjoyed picturesque views of Seaside Heights. The town is walkable and the property is literally a few steps from the boardwalk! I wish we could have extended our stay. We look forward to visiting again so we can patronize the many restaurants and activities in the area. I will definitely recommend this beautiful property to family and friends.

We had a blast ! This home is one of a kind and will definitely be returning this summer AND the following ! We stayed 4 days and both my kids had a great time , even though the weather was cold , they still had a great time enjoying the area sight seeing. We all felt so cozy at night sleeping. I will only stay at this Airbnb going forward , nowhere else ! Wonderful area was so much fun !

The host was very responsive to any needs. This place is fantastic. Entrance to private beach. Neighbors are super friendly.

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

This was my families first experience with Airbnb and the process was straightforward and easy. The place was exactly as described in the listing. What impressed me most was how well stocked the unit was. We didn’t have to worry about linens, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas or the simplest items like toilet paper and tissues. Jeannette, the host, was very responsive and the little touches like the welcome sign, candy and sand toys were appreciated. We enjoyed the large dining table that our entire family could sit around as well as the roof top deck with plenty of seating. If you’re up for stairs, this place is very spacious. Our only wish was that a couple of the beds were a little more comfortable. Ultimately, I would book again if staying in Seaside with our family of 10. Thanks again for the great experience!

Our stay at Julie's was amazing! By far our favorite Air BNB we have stayed at. What set it apart was how cozy it was. She has a theme to her decorating, chotskis, glassware, blankets, super comfortable mattresses and pillows, pet friendly, and more - all things that made us feel right at home. Cute neighborhood and lots of great restaurants in the area as well. Julie was very responsive and attentive, and very friendly. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we are in the need for another stay. thanks Julie!!!

This was my first Airbnb experience! From the minute I had interest in this listing - Chelsea was extremely accommodating and quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had:) Chelsea's listing was super clean and it was perfect for me as a Mom who stayed down the shore watching over a few teen boys:) ( and believe me ~ I am super picky with cleanliness) The surrounding restaurants were very good and super close:) I am personally not a fan of the "seaside boardwalk" but it was far enough for me~ but yet close enough so the teen boys could walk to and from on their own. We rented over Memorial Day weekend so it was super crowded near the boardwalk, but not by Chelsea's place! Definitely a family friendly area ~ This was the perfect little getaway for some relation and fun! We hope to someday rent again in the near future:)

Our stay was comfortable and easy to get to. We went to a park close by and walked each day, people everywhere we went were very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone. The host answered any questions within minutes and we enjoyed our stay very much. Can’t wait to do it again. Thank you to our host Mike.
