Then fire up the hot tub bath with ample room for two and enjoy the starlit skies or a movie on the outdoor screen. Toast smores over the fire pit. Walk down for a swim at Stoney Point Beach or take out the kayak. Note: Short 25m uphill hike to the hut.

Titiwai Conservation Retreat

Titiwai is a stunning, architecturally designed, unique space set in 50 ha of a gated, native conservation estate. This spacious studio apartment is set in native bush at Lake Tarawera, at the back of a lake-front property. However, it does have great views of the lake. It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

Our beach house is a real treasure. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard towards what it is today and would love to share this little piece of paradise. It has easy indoor/outdoor flow and beachy interior. The beach is across the road, through the dunes and onto the beach. The house is easy living with all the modern cons and a few games to match. It has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom set up Marae style which sleeps 5. The other 2 bedrooms have a king bed each.
