The maximum capacity is 15 people, however, you may feel a little cramped if there are more than 9 guests. From Ojima Station, it is approximately 20 mins to Asakusa by train, 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and 25 minutes to Tokyo Skytree, providing excellent access to major sightseeing spots.
