The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Nearby is a church, playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and coffee place. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has secured parking. Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

Innerhalb von etwa 5 bis 8 Minuten erreichst Du zwei Strände. Der eine wird von den Einheimischen Coppacabana genannt, dort findest Du viele Chiringuitos und einen Kieselstrand. Der andere liegt auf der Rückseite der Insel, mit Felsen und Klippen, von denen aus Du direkt ins kristallklare Wasser springen kannst.
