The house is even sweeter than the photos suggested and the lake is very beautiful (just a 5 mins walk from the house). The garden is great to make a fire and barbecue or to have breakfast in the sun. It was a perfect size for 7 persons, but even 2 more would've been fine. The house - especially the kitchen - really had everything that one may need and we didn't miss anything. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back!

Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Erfahrung. Das Haus mitten im Wald sorgt für eine schöne Idylle und wir konnten uns super erholen. Man hört tagsüber und vor allem nachts überhaupt nichts. Es ist sehr ruhig und angenehm dort. Das Haus ist eingezäunt, sodass man sich dort auch sehr sicher fühlt. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und die Betten sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist sehr viel Platz dort und das Feuer am Kamin sorgt auch an kalten Tagen für gemütliche Wärme. Wir konnten trotz Fliesenboden ohne Socken und mit T-Shirt laufen ohne einmal zu frieren. Die Kaffeemaschine ist nur mit Kaffee-Pads zu benutzen. Das sollte der Kaffeetrinker vorher wissen. Die gibt es leider nicht in jedem Laden. Hier fehlt alternativ ein Kaffeetrichter. Wir hatten durchgehend warmes Wasser und auch das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Wer Ruhe möchte und tolle Waldspaziergänge mag, oder gern Pilze sammelt,ist hier genau richtig. Auch für Familien ist das Haus bestens geeignet. In Coronazeiten ist das die beste Alternative für einen tollen Urlaub fernab von Menschenmassen. Hier bleibt man unter sich. Gute Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung. Einzig die vielen Treppen sind etwas anstrengend.

I had an incredible stay at Kasprzaka Cozy Apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The location was perfect—close to public transportation, great restaurants, and local attractions. The host was fantastic - friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I truly felt at home. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Poznań!

Pani Ania jest bardzo miłą, sympatyczną i gościnną osobą. Nie spodziewaliśmy się takiego przywitania : ) Mieszkanie zastaliśmy czyste z dostępem do najpotrzebniejszych rzeczy. Okolica spokojna z dostępem do blisko położonej biedronki w centrum handlowym. Jak najbardziej polecam :)

We always love staying here. This is our third extended stay here, for a total of over 6 months in this apartment, and it is the perfect home-from-home for a family of 4, who is used to a Texas-sized house. Magdalena is the ideal host. If any issues ever arise, she is immediately responsive, kind, and helpful. The living room and kitchen feel spacious and give the kids plenty of play area. We are in a lively, vibrant part of the city, so it's not silent at night, but double-glazed windows keep our most of the noise, and the blackout curtains do a great job of keeping the rooms nice and dark. During the day and evening, we're a minute's walk from many great bars and restaurants and less than 10 minutes' walk from Market Square. And the air-conditioning is an absolute godsend in these recent European heatwaves. This is our go-to place every summer, and it will be again if we have the pleasure of returning to Wroclaw. It's a privilege to be here in this wonderful apartment!

Co za cudowny pobyt! Naładowaliśmy nasze baterie na długo ❤️ Wspaniali gospodarze, którzy stworzyli tu miejsce przytulne, dające możliwość bliskiego kontaktu z naturą, historią, regionem, lokalną sztuką i kulturą. Pyszne jedzenie, opiekuńcze psiaki, mnóstwo zabawy i atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych (nawet gdy na zewnątrz chłodno i błotno). Krzysztof i Ela znają w okolicy wszystkich i wszystko - nasze dzieciaki odwiedzały okoliczne wulkany i zabytki by zdobyć pieczątki i naklejki do Paszportu Odkrywców zgodnie z ich wskazówkami. Dom w sadzie pozwala na wygodny wypoczynek a cała Villa Greta jest świetnie położona, zorganizowana i urządzona. Spędziliśmy tu wspaniały tydzień w grudniu i już planujemy kolejne wizyty. Polecamy i Wam!

Świetne mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Dbałość o detale i czystość sprawiają, że można poczuć się jak w domu. Rewelacyjny kontakt z gospodarzami i jasne instrukcje. Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Poznaniu!
