We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home that is in an idyllic Hampton's setting. Ashton was a great host and for sure we will be back.

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

The house was great! Our two infants loved the large deck and pool. So close to town and the beach. It was a perfect getaway!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful post- Christmas getaway at Jennifer’s beautiful home. The house is fabulous - well- located, pristine , beautifully decorated and well-stocked. It was relaxing and perfect. We did not have much need to reach out (everything was effortless) but when we did, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our family had an amazing stay at this location. Loved that all the switches were clearly labeled as we have had trouble figuring out lighting in other locations. What a great touch! Wonderful yard and the basement was fun for all ages. This location was perfect for us as we have family all over the island. Lots of stores locally for anything you need. Highly recommend!

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

This is an AMAZING Airbnb. High quality blankets, towels, ornamental details throughout the space. Comfortable beds. Beautiful ambient lighting. Large backyard with a fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful houses, surrounded by water, with lovey little shores and nooks to walk to. My 4 year old had toys to play with and a little potty that all came with the home. I will DEFINITELY stay again. My family and I loved this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house - our stay was absolutely sublime. The decor was immaculately curated, the house had all the supplies required to cook family meals, the sunset was to die for, and we had an absolute blast at the pool. Communicating with Dan and Tabitha was great, very professional and responsive. We had such a wonderful stay here over New Years. Like many other reviews have stated, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s so much larger and more spread out than we expected. Perfect layout for two couples where we each felt like we had our own place, with plenty of cozy spaces to hang out too. The kitchen is SO well equipped for anything and everything. Beds and sofas were super comfortable and the we loved all of the charming touches of this historical home. The location is fantastic too. Walking distance to everything you could need and a quick drive to so many beautiful areas. I can imagine spending hours in the backyard when the weather is warmer too!

A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

Kenneth’s place was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and looked just like the pictures. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! We were able to walk easily to the nearby beach and it is only a few minutes from all of our favorite restaurants. If you’re looking for a few quiet and peaceful days away from everything, this is the perfect spot.

Steve gave us access to beach pass prior to check in. We spent the day at the nearby quiet beach. We went to his restaurant recommendation which was also on the water and an excellent choice. We went to his dinner recommendation x2 and both excellent choices. The house was perfect. Beds comfortable and hot water available in shower. Clean!! Bathroom spacious and clean! The backyard is peaceful and comfortable for happy hour. We will certainly be back. No problems no hassle. He’s warm and welcoming!

What a beautiful home. Centrally located, nicely kept, bright with light and full with spirit. Never stayed at a place with such a nice kitchen— do many cooking tools, machines and spices. We felt at home. Many little beautiful objects … and candle lights that make it a cozy place to stay. It was wintertime, so we did not use the pool. Must be so much fun for a big family or a group of friends to stay there in the summer. Rhonda and Kathlyn got back to us fast and stayed in contact during our stay. A great getaway from The City … 🌿
