Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Oliva

Merci à Antonio pour ce logement ! Il nous a reçu à notre arrivée et nous a tout expliqué clairement. La plage est à 100 mètres, il n'y a que la dune à traverser. L'eau y est chaude, et on trouve facilement de la place pour caser son parasol. La piscine est très grande, et peu fréquentée, c'est très agréable après une journée de plage. La résidence est très bien entretenue, propre et calme. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. La climatisation est un plus pour un mois d'août à Oliva. Le parking et le local attenant sont aussi les bienvenus pour garer la voiture et ranger les affaires de plage. Nous avons passé un super séjour, et recommandons cette location !

Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa! El apartamento es espectacular, como si estuvieras en casa... Tiene de todo y con todas las comodidades, todo muy limpio y organizado, el sofá, parece pequeño, pero cuando se abre la cama es enorme! y ni qué decir de la terraza y las vistas... increíble. Alba es la chica que estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, una maravilla hablar con ella. En resumen, de verdad que todo espectacular, una pena no haber encontrado antes este apartamento con la de veces que hemos estado en Benidorm y si volvemos, sin duda contactaremos con ellos!

Wir haben einen Aufenthalt im Winter über mehrere Wochen in dem Haus mit unseren 2 Hunden verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen. Der Ausblick auf‘s Meer vom Panorama Fenster aus war atemberaubend. Der morgendliche Sonnenaufgang vom Fenster aus zu beobachten, war fantastisch. In ein paar Minuten Gehzeit ist man an der wunderschönen Küstenpromenade der Punta Negra. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber waren immer zur Stelle, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Vielen Dank an Veronique und Basil Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Am allerbesten ist die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer und der großzügig angelegte Pool. Graciela ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die schnell reagiert und Lösungen findet für jedes Problem, immer schnell erreichbar und sehr nett. Wir haben sogar eine Woche erstattet bekommen, da wir unverhofft früher abreisen mussten. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Heel fijn verblijf en prachtig uitzicht op zee. Schoon en comfortabel. Tevens in een heel net appartementencomplex waar goed schoongemaakt wordt en de tuinen en planten prachtig bijgehouden worden. Geeft ook een veilig gevoel aangezien je niet zomaar in en uit kan lopen wanneer je geen bewoner en/ of vakantie bezoeker bent. Mooie omgeving , vlakbij Altea. Veel wandel mogelijkheden. Echt een aanrader!

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Nos hemos sentido como en casa!!! Gracias a Fernando y su mujer, muy atentos y amables!!! La casa muy limpia, sábanas y toallas nuevas Superó nuestras expectativas, hemos estado genial!!! La playa a unos pasos, hemos visto atardeceres y amaneceres preciosos!! Volveremos sin duda, gracias por todo!!!

Nous avons passé trois semaines particulièrement agréables dans ce magnifique appartenant situé dans un domaine privé paradisiaque et très paisible, jouissant d'une situation exceptionnelle avec une superbe vue sur la mer ainsi que sur les très beaux et confortables jardins, entrevus journellement par un personnel charmant. De plus, la propriété bénéfice d'un excellent emplacement près d'une jolie promenade menant au centre tout proche. A notre arrivée, nous avions été accueilli par Antonio qui s'est montré très sympathique, et toujours disponible lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui par la suite. En conclusion, nous avons beau chercher un point négatif à cette location qui porte parfaitement son nom, mais n'en trouvons pas. Tout était absolument parfait, et c'est suffisamment rare pour ne pas être signalé. Nous n'avons donc qu'un souhait, y retourner dès que possible, tout en espérant qu'après avoir lu nos commentaires, il ne soit pas trop souvent réservé... !

El alojamiento de salvador es fantástico… la casa perfecta, tal como en las fotos, tiene todas las comodidades y todo muy moderno … el entorno, muy fácil de moverse en coche a las pueblos y ciudades cerca, aunque con la salida al mar habrá quien no quiera moverse de allí… una gran experiencia en familia…

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was something else, very high end for excellent value, this apartment will take your breath away, the views from the balcony were amazing, daily changing panoramic views. Very private settings with great security including a concierge. The indoor swimming pool overlooking the Ocean was breathtaking too. Rafal and Juan were very tentative making sure our check in was smooth as possible.

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

Lovely apartment, right by the sea, some great restaurants within walking distance and only a short taxi drive up to the old town. Would definitely recommend - and Ed was a super helpful and friendly host!

Apartamento espectacular, impecable tal cual se ve en las fotos. Ubicado a 2 minutos de la playa, inmejorable situación. Tiene todo tipo de detalles, utensilios , etc para hacer un estancia maravillosa en familia. Piscina cubierta para disfrutar todo el año. 10 sobre 10.

Frank's place was amazing, me and my friends had a great time and loved the place. Beautiful beautiful place 😍 The place has great views, walking distance to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We had no problems at all while staying at Frank's place. Frank was always responsive & had great communication. I will definitely book Frank's place again in the future.

Muy cómodo por cercanía a la playa, urbanización súper familiar, perfecta para ir en familia, nos ha encantado y Raul es muy atento y amable sin duda repetiremos

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

The location is fantastic. An easy walk to the Arenal and the boardwalk. Easy walk to the port. What a great location! I'd buy the place if she sold it!! We love being outside so it was perfect and great to come back to for homemade tapas on the upper terrace with Sangria & beer.

I was happy to stay in this beautiful, comfortable, nice, and cute flat. Everything is very fresh, clean and tidy. You can see the sea and promenade from the window. Restorants and cafes are just around the corner, also you can cook at the apartment. The location is very convenient. I would very recommend Yolanda's apartment.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en la casita de Isaac! El trato no ha podido ser mejor y todo muy limpio y acogedor, ojalá volver pronto!

Estuvimos muy cómodos en la casa de Teo junto a la playa, estaba muy bien equipada, incluso con sillas, sombrilla y hasta una neverita para poder llevarte a la playa. Al pueblo íbamos en coche y a tan solo 5 minutos ya estabas en Dénia.

El apartamento de Bert es perfecto, mi pareja y yo nos alojamos para descansar, la urbanización es muy tranquila, tiene muy buenas vistas, mobiliario muy cómodo, y el piso está totalmente equipado, desde juguetes de mesa hasta unos prismáticos increíbles con los que vimos el mar y las montañas perfectamente. Los únicos puntos malos que le pondría son, la escasez de comercios cerca y la distancia con el centro. En algo que coincidimos los dos, es que en persona el apartamento es muchísimo mejor que en las fotos, y que esperamos volver pronto!

Frankly, this exceeded our expectations. It looked very nice in the pictures, but when we got there, WOW! This apartment is very clean, spacious, well equipped and cozy. Inna and Matt were very friendly and helpful with our late checkin, everything went well and we got in without problems. Even later they stayed in touch and gave helpful guidance about what to see and do in the area. I got the impression that they really wanted us to enjoy our stay here. There's a safe place to park the car in the garage, which is very good. Just a little note that it's a bit cramped, as they often are, so it's useful to have a good reversing camera in your car. We stayed in several places on our holiday, and all in our group of 4 persons agreed that this was clearly the best one. This is a gem!

We hebben een top tijd gehad in het huisje van Sophie! Alles wat je maar kan wensen voor een fijne vakantie is aanwezig. De kinderen hebben veel plezier gehad van het mooie zwembad. De binnenplaats is ook echt prachtig met alle bloemen en bomen. Je kunt het strand zo oplopen via een hek vanaf het complex, dat was echt genieten zo dichtbij! Voor een koffietje of aperitief / tapas kun je bij het strandtentje direct achter het complex terecht. Je krijgt ook veel andere tips voor in de omgeving wat super leuk en fijn is. Het stadje Denia ook heel gezellig! Kortom: wij komen graag nog een keertje terug. Bedankt Sophie!
