This family friendly downstairs unit feels very comfortable as it is 1240 square feet and has a large fenced in side yard for the kids. This downstairs unit has it's own entrance. It has been fully remodeled. This property is located about 4 minutes from Hwy 101 which makes this location ideal for anyone adventuring to Olympic National Park, whether Hurricane Ridge or Lake Crescent. The new 7 person hot tub is a great way to end the day. (shared with upstairs unit.)The sunsets are amazing!

1,300 sq ft home, in one of the best locations in Pacific Beach with hot tub. Very cozy three bedroom, two bathrooms, with all the amenities for a relaxing stay on the coast. Fully stocked with coffee, spices, cooking needs, towels and linens. Great for two families. Just bring your clothes and food. It's an flat 50 yard walk to the beach access. Within 2 minutes walk you can be at the beach to the west, the state park to the south, or main street shops to the north. Permit # 22-2778.

We're right across the street from the Woodland Park Zoo / playground, and plenty of fantastic kid-friendly restaurants to choose from. You will find parking is free and easy-to-find on the street in front of our home. Or just jump on a bus right down the street which takes you right to Pike's Market.

A short 2 mile drive takes you to a golf course or into Union, with Boat Launch and Marina, Union City Market (art & specialty foods), Union Country Store (specialty foods) and Dos Margaritas Restaurant and bar.
