Laura was an excellent host even from her vacation in Florida. She gave me recommendations for some cool restaurants as well. Her place was amazing...looked exactly like online description, was clean and just overall cute with comfortable beds/furniture. WE had the best couple days there for my friend's bachelorette party.

AMAZING! My husband and I could not have been happier with our stay in Deansboro at this adorable cabin. The owner Dan was super friendly, even went out of his way to bring us homemade blueberry scones and muffins. Ian, the property manager was really helpful and responsive to every thing we could possibly need. The property itself was gorgeous! We had no idea about the million dollar view that awaited us when we pulled up to the property. The hot tub was lovely, we enjoyed that while watching the sunset with a campfire going. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There are some trails behind the cabin that we enjoyed walking and breathing in the nature and beauty around us. Just super peaceful and serene, we would definitely come stay here again if we find ourselves in the area! The people managing and running the property are just the nicest people and if we could leave them a 6 star review, we would!! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed 10 nights in this lovely apartment. Brand new renovation to an historic building. Just as gorgeous and luxurious as pictured. Overlooks a busy only during the day time street. We were a 10 minute walk to the Sports centre where we watched World Box Lacrosse. Each day walking by and through the beautifully renovated Wynn Hospital. This location was amazingly perfect. The residents were friendly and welcoming. Our super host Laura was delightful, so quick to respond, patient with our ridiculously late arrival, accommodating with various questions and requests, and left us treats three times thank you again Laura. Highly recommend this location, apartment and host.

Overall, stay was 10/10! Rick’s place was so nice and the perfect location. There are restaurants in walkable distance best being tailored and cook. Would definitely stay again. Rick was very kind and responsive-wonderful host

Place was great! The lockbox was a little tough to open, but other than that it was seamless. Location is close to the nexus center and local coffee shops and brewery (although temporarily closed when I went but not their fault). Amenities were nice, lots of towels, dishes, etc. Only thing I wish was if they provided soap, shampoo,conditioner as it looked like they put in there what people had left im not sure? Overall 10/10! Nice secure building, safe parking, accessible! Would come back here again.

Debi and I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s, and this was, by far, the absolute BEST Airbnb experience we have had to date! Cannot recommend Hewerton’s place enough. Classic renovated building, beautiful individual space, and close to all you need!

Great place to stay. House matched the descriptions in the posting. Super responsive host. 8-9 minutes to downtown Utica. We were attending a 10 day sports tournament at the Adirondack Bank Center/Nexus Center and this matched our needs perfectly.

Carl's place is great. Views of the lake from most of the house. Modern, upgraded interiors and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

Great home with the most beautiful, peaceful location. Stayed for a two week work trip and could not have been happier. Plenty of room for 3 guys to cook, have their own space and work. Beds were great and kitchen was fantastic.

We had an amazing time at Edie and Daniel's place. The house is right next to the beach so we were able to walk right over, and the view from the house is beautiful. We have a 17-month-old and the house was great for a toddler - has a crib, high chair, gate for the stairs, not a lot of clutter. The location is great, right next to convenience stores and walkable to restaurants or for delivery. The beds were really comfortable as well! Overall a great spot with really responsive and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Great house! Our families loved it there and can't wait to go back again. The house is very clean and welcoming. The kids loved the game room and there was enough space on the couch for all 8 of us to enjoy a movie together. They also played volleyball outside and had an Easter egg hunt!
