Both bedrooms have doors leading to PRIVATE and very spacious LOUNGE AREA with a grill, seating area, deck chairs, outdoor sink, solar shower and lounge couch & table, all around mediterrean plants. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all necessary dishes. Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!
