The interior area is 120m2, comprising 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large open plan living space and a laundry room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. On the exterior the apartment has a 25m2 terrace and 2 private gardens totalling 95m2 with a bbq.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
