The 130 m² house offers three bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning in every room, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two newly renovated bathrooms. The large private yard features a heated freshwater swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The main sandy beach is about 700 m away, and the city center is approximately 800 m from the house.
