Neu eingerichtet besteht es aus 6 Schlafzimmern, 6 Bädern und separatem WC, voll ausgestatteten 2 Küchen mit Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine), Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und großer Terrasse, die ebenfalls mit Grill und ausgestattet sind großer Tisch für 12 Personen. Die Villa ist auch mit Klimaanlage, TV-SAT, LCD-TV, WLAN und Haartrockner ausgestattet. Strand in Mlini ist 20 min. zu Fuß bergab sowie Bushaltestelle, Restaurants, Lungo Stute Geschäfte, Bank, Post. Der Flughafen ist 15 min. Fahrt.
