The host was flexible with my check-in schedule. The Globe room was immaculate. A welcoming letter on the desk with my name, listing E.D.'s house rules. The home was very quiet and so was the neighborhood.

This location is central to Duke and downtown. For this New Yorker, walkable even with the hills. Readily available Uber/Lyft options. I arrived during a snowstorm. It was quite chilly. Juni arrived with an extra blanket and adjusted the heater. Perfect spot for an extended stay.

Marcie was a wonderful host. She was welcoming, extremely flexible on both ends of my trip, and overall just made the experience seamless. No issues for me as I started my first week at a new job. Thanks a bunch Marcie!!

first of all, aj just about saved our lives the night that we stayed here! we booked a different airbnb property to stay at for the 2 nights we were in raleigh but upon the arrival of night one and seeing just how disgusting our host left the place for us, we knew for sure we couldn’t spend another night in that stay. the 2nd day in raleigh, after contacting support for a different place to stay at, we came across aj’s home and reached out to him and asked if we could stay. not only was he SUPER responsive, like extremely quick responses(!), but he accommodated us instantly, sent us over all the info we would need for our stay and actually made sure it was clean! bedrooms are very identical so we didn’t have to “einey meany miney mo” a room lol. the only thing we disliked was the driveway but nc was just hit with a hurricane so. if you book here, just be super careful and drive SLOW when you enter and exit the property. otherwise, this stay was great. aj, thank you SO MUCH!! :)

This small apartment unit was stylish and nicely furnished, and it was extremely neat and clean, including the bathroom. The towels and washcloths on the shelf in the closet were very thick and fluffy, a real bonus. There was a water filter jug and two small bottles of water in the refrigerator, which were helpful because the taste of the tap water in this neighborhood took getting used to. The location was very convenient for me. The kitchen had dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, cooking tools, and even paper towels. There was a small capacity drip coffee maker, perfect for one or two people. I prefer drip coffee over Keurig syrup coffee, so this was a plus. No toaster, but the toaster oven worked well when I figured out how to use it for that. There was an extra blanket kept in a small stand, which I was glad to have. I appreciate my gracious host Juni for explaining the lock system on the front door, and for responding so quickly to my questions. Thank you, Juni.

Great location to access downtown Durham and surrounding areas. Lots to see and do close by. Laundry is very close on site. Bed is not a king but this is still perfect for 1-2 people.

Clean and cozy condo in a great location! Loved the decor & useful kitchen equipment. Especially liked the washer & dryer in the unit, and cute porch set up. Amanda was awesome & very helpful too! The walking trail behind the condo was great and there were restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for what we needed. Visiting family close by, was very clean and comfortable. Only thing to note is the same as others, if arriving at night it is a bit difficult to find with the current road construction going on but once you find it, it’s very easy to navigate! Would recommend and would stay again in the future for sure!

Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a UNC graduation weekend for our daughter. We are a family of 5, so it fits us so well. The Apartment is roomy, and has 2 bathrooms, which is perfect. I love that one of the bathroom has 2 doors, so can be accessed from one bedroom and from outside. That helps a lot. Cameron is responsive well.

This townhome was as good as you can ask for. Absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean with unique touches inside like a fish tank. Very safe neighborhood. Host was excellent. This was the perfect booking for a Duke game. If I’m ever in Durham again for a Duke game, I’d book here in a second.

Great for a longer term stay!

I spent about 5 months at Michael’s place. He’s a great host and the Airbnb is clean, furnished, and has great amenities and a beautiful courtyard. The location is incredible. It’s right in downtown and walking distance to many restaurants. I’d be happy to return and even extend my stay if I could.

We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Definitely with the price, nice area, and quiet neighborhood

Location was exactly as pictured very nice place clean and pretty much had everything you need i felt right at home. Darryel was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed staying at this location will definetly be back when visiting NC.

Quiet building in walking distance of many wonderful Durham staples.

Jennifer responded quickly and adequately to our concerns. Good location, with supermarket right across the street and Whole foods and Trader Joe's just a few minutes away.

Adorable! Such a cool place, so much detail and care in the design. Even the doorknobs are cool! Great location! Tara is super communicative and friendly and was really proactive about getting us instructions etc. had a lovely stay, thank you!! Also the toilet seat is heated which blew my mind. 10/10
