We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

Great place to stay in Carrboro/Chapel Hill. And the most organized and well stocked rental we’ve experienced in all our travels. The mattress in the master was so comfortable, we are seriously considering buying the exact same thing for our home. Overall just super easy and a very pleasant stay.

This is a peaceful retreat that is very near many restaurants and shops. The grounds are a very nice, natural landscape. There is a very large screened in porch and an outdoor fire pit. The main room is a beautiful open space with great views of the wooded lot. We were visiting family and this was our peaceful retreat when we needed to withdraw from family dynamics. The kitchen was spacious and functional. For more than two or three, there could be more seating if watching TV, sports or movies is your plan. There are plenty of closets and storage space, and we took advantage of the washer and dryer to avoid returning home with a large load of laundry. The drive down the alley to initially fine the property was a bit uncertain, but Liz had told us ahead of time of what to expect. It was worth it to have the privacy and natural surroundings.

I loved staying at this cute bungalow.Everything you need is there, it is quiet and a great retreat after a busy day.

The Hull country home was an amazing fit for our family. Enough bed space, and bathrooms for the whole family and plenty of space for its kids to play safely. It was much more spacious than the pictures revealed and so we were very pleasantly surprised. We plan to stay here again for years to come!

Easy to find, well appointed home that is centrally located to Duke Hospital. Great hosts that accommodate you to their best ability. Would definitely stay again! Thank You!

Lovely cottage stay in a peaceful residential neighborhood that was just a short walk from some fun cafes and downtown Carrboro. The beds were *super* comfortable, and the kitchen was great for our simple meal prep. Liked having an outdoor table and chairs to sit out in the nice weather. Host was very responsive and helpful when we accidentally unplugged the internet. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside (and a minor one) is that the one bathroom is one the smaller side - well within normal size, but just something to know if traveling with larger folks or those who need a bit more room.

I had a fantastic stay at Dale's place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Dale's was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. We even asked to stay another night last minute and he was more than accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed at Martha's townhome for a month. It's in a nice development with ample parking space and beautiful walking trails. The townhome itself is nicely decorated with mementos from Martha's many trips. Martha was very responsive. If you are looking for a place in Chapel Hill or Durham, this is an easy decision.

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

Inside looked better than the pictures and was pleasantly surprised! The couch is diabolically comfortable so watch out

Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Great for walking your dog. Nadia was delightful. Very responsive to solving a couple of minor issues. We totally enjoyed our stay.

This house was EXACTLY what we needed for a 4-night stay visiting our son’s family in Chapel Hill. The house had everything we needed, and we were happy that there was plenty of room for my husband and me, our son, our daughter, and son-in-law, and their 2-year old daughter. The kitchen had everything we needed (even condiments in the frig which we appreciated)! The grounds were beautiful, and we truly felt at home! Bryan, we would love to stay again the next time we come to the Chapel Hill area!

We enjoyed our stay. This unit is really spacious and nice. We can see beautiful trees and cute birds through the windows. It’s close to Franklin Street where restaurants and grocery stores are, and close to UNC campus. The host is nice and responsive. We appreciate everything here.

Such charming details throughout this comfortable, cozy home in an excellent walkable location! The fabulous back deck overlooking the most beautiful trees and landscaping was a highlight. Listening to birds sing while drinking coffee in the morning, and grilling and gathering around the fire pit in the evenings made it the perfect place to welcome Spring. We slept soundly every night, and enjoyed every minute of our time here. Thank you Eddie, Maria, and Jesse!

Villa Pinea was the perfect retreat! We were bathed in nature and peaceful seclusion and also close to activities, stores and restaurants in Chapel Hill and Durham. The house is as pictured but even more stunning in person. We truly appreciated the quality coffee, tea, linens, and soaps provided, and the bed, towels, bowl and treats for our dog. We enjoyed preparing meals in the very well-equipped kitchen. We made good use of the grill, puzzles, games, and the fire pit. We spent hours watching wildlife and listening to birds. Our hosts communicated well and provided such clear information that we felt immediately relaxed. We loved our time at the beautiful NC Botanical Garden, walking forest trails and learning a wealth of information about plant life in different regions. The television was perfect for streaming a concert one evening. We hated to leave and can't wait to return. Highest possible recommendation!

Wonderful property. Beautifully done restoration. Very quiet and peaceful setting, but within minutes to downtown Durham. Josh was quick to respond, and the property matched the pictures. The yard was a perfect addition for our furry family member. Would definitely stay there again.

My stay was very pleasant. I was too busy to enjoy everything as I was buying a house for myself. The only thing I regret that I missed super interesting talks with Mary. She is an amazing human being! Thank you!

We rented Ranch Home retreat for a family reunion. It was perfect. Close to everything (gardens, restaurants, shops). Great deck for a family dinner. Kitchen had everything we needed. We liked it so much we have recommended it to friends in the area for their family reunion in Nov.
