Was perfect for our annual golf trip of 8. We could spread out spending time on the dock and in the living room playing cards and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was clutch cooking fajitas and brats.

Amazing place to spend a few days!! Loved the lake views! :) Wonderful and spacious rooms! Located in a quiet and peaceful area. Minutes to drive into town and grab groceries or necessities for the trip! Fantastic dock for walking out on to the lake! Would definitely stay again!

I had Stuart's place saved to my wishlist, and finally had the opportunity to stay for 3 nights in April 2025 for a local staycation Spring Break. My extended family (spouse, 4 kids, in-laws) spent 3 nights at the property. Everyone agreed it is a 5 star property. Both the heated pool and also the swim spa were big hits with my younger kids. Grandparents and my sons enjoyed fishing from the pier. Grilling and dinner on the patio at sunset is highly recommended. Stuart is very responsive. This was my first visit to Lake Marion. It's a rural area, and all about peaceful relaxation. We cooked most meals (kitchen is great). Next time I would bring full groceries with us - local restaurants and grocery stores are very limited. If you go out on the lake, highly recommend hiring a fishing guide, and skip any watersports. The lake has a number of hazards (e.g., submerged tree stumps, alligators) best left to people with local knowledge - Jim of Let's Go charters was great for us.

Lovely property with a beautiful view. Sunsets were amazing. Home was clean and well stocked. Ping pong and bumper pool were fun on a stormy day. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Home was as described and looked exactly as presented in photos and listing. Highly recommend.

great place. the owner has been updating this place and is the best host I've ever encountered. Definitely looking forward to more long weekends or weeks at this property in the future. Definitely make sure to take Tony's advice when fishing off his dock. I caught some monsters because of him.

Stuart’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Pet friendly with fenced in yard, pool and on a body of water. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful yard and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors both had dogs and were warm and welcoming. We will definitely visit again in the future.
