Bayview House - Beautiful Family Friendly Home With a View

Enjoy beautiful views of the bay and stunning sunsets through the large picture windows that welcome you to Bayview House. Observe the local wildlife including deer and a variety of birds while you sip your morning coffee. The waterfront outdoor fire pit is a perfect place to roast s’mores and relax after a day of adventures to nearby beaches, lakes, dunes and endless hiking trails. Everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal is provided in the bright and fully equipped kitchen. Memory foam topped beds, 100% cotton linens, and fluffy towels help to ensure a comfortable stay. You will find everything you need to feel right at home including SMART televisions with cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, a game room with foosball table, and plenty of board games, puzzles, books and children’s toys. Bayview Home is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview House may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview Cottage, a smaller home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! Bayview home has a beautiful outdoor area that includes a fire-pit, bench, and table. During high-tide you can Stand Up Paddle or kayak right from the back yard. There are trails that head around the bay. Wildlife including egrets, deer, and geese often visit right out back! I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the house. The house is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: paper-composite counter tops and bathroom tiles, real copper backsplash and bathroom walls, polished concrete floors, cedar tongue and groove ceiling, burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), moveable cedar slat screens, custom frosted glass pocket doors, and custom apple-ply kitchen cabinets by George Ramos We love to cook and put great effort into getting the kitchen space dialed in. The kitchen features: bosch speed oven (microwave and convection oven), bosch dishwasher, 2 burner gas range, and Pull-out exhaust and lighting We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do! The guesthouse has it's own separate entrance with a smart lock for convenient self check in. You'll receive the unique code prior to check in. Nearby Division Steet is known as restaurant row and features some of the best food in Portland, including Pok Pok, Salt and Straw, and Ava Genes. On a warm summer night, there will be hundreds of people just going for a stroll up and down Division. Our guesthouse is a 2 minute walk from a major bus stop, and a Biketown stall where you can rent a bike by the trip. There is no dedicated parking space but there is an abundant amount of non-metered unlimited on-street parking directly in front of our guest house on 28th pl. The Roku Tv enables you to login to your entertainment provider of choice, please remember to logout. The Bose Soundbar is wired to output the TV's audio, but can also be connected to via bluetooth by hitting the bluetooth icon on the Bose remote and pairing with your device. We provide locally roasted coffee beans, a manual conical burr grinder, insulated french press, stovetop kettle, and creamer + sugar. Please enjoy the in-shell Hazelnuts!

Enjoy your stay at "The Laundry" a lovely historic home. Remodeled and professionally decorated in French Country Chic style with luxury Italian Frette sheets, Turkish towels, robes, slippers, enchanting landscaping with two private fountains and outdoor eating! Ample onsite parking with complete privacy! Two flat screen SMART WIFI TV's with Cable and WIFI/Internet provided, desk/work area along with fun games. A washer/dryer with soap supplies is provided for your convenience. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range. Cuisinart coffee pot with Starbucks coffee and tea provided. You will have access to the entire home. Approximately 1250 sq. ft. with high ceilings. For your comfort the bedroom has a large king size BeautyRest Black mattress with feather-bed topper, Italian linens and Hungarian down pillows. The living room has a large deep couch with feather stuffing. Couch is also a Queen size sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. We offer self check-in but I live only 5 minutes away from the cottage. Explore hiking trails, try wine tasting, and take an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Forest for a nature fix.
