1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Victoria Place sits on a 13-acre equestrian property, Enchanted Horse Acres, a magical place for nature lovers. Beautiful and quiet country setting only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine and the white sands of Crescent Beach. This is an ideal location between Orlando and Jacksonville with easy access to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach.

Enclosed porch and outside deck are ideal for grilling out or hanging out. My home is located in Peppertree RV Resort . The public beach access is a short 10 minute walk away. The unit has parking for two vehicles with extra parking available in an overflow lot. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home is a cute little beachy home by the sea . Our home is in a little inter-coastal community on the Indian River. There are many parks just up the road. We are 5 miles from historic New Smyrna Beach (Canal District) and less than 7 miles from the beach entrance. To make beach going easier, umbrella, chairs, cooler and sand-toys are here for your enjoyment.
