The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Your Tuscan oak tree house, enchanting Val d'Orcia

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

Nur 100 m vom schönen Dorf entfernt liegt Podere Bellavista, ein bezauberndes Landhaus mit privatem Pool inmitten der Natur. Volle Privatsphäre, atemberaubende Ausblicke auf das Val d'Orcia und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Kinder und Haustiere willkommen. Der einzige Ort in der Gegend, der über einen privaten Swimmingpool + Garten zur „exklusiven Nutzung“ seiner Gäste verfügt. Das Schwimmbad ist vom 16. Mai bis zum 28. September geöffnet.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday but really close to the village and only few km from historical towns, thermal baths, typical villages (Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo, Bomarzo, Pitigliano, Perugia...). From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.

Per offrire il meglio ai nostri ospiti mettiamo a disposizione lettini in spiaggia gratuiti e la possibilità di pranzo su prenotazione. Colazione inclusa.

Il cottage ristrutturato in tufo, immerso nel verde, è situato al crocevia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana, a pochi minuti dal lago di Bolsena e a circa un'ora dal mare. A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
