Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Orvieto

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

I proprietari ci hanno accolto con grande cordialità, dimostrandosi estremamente gentili e disponibili. Oltre a farci sentire subito a nostro agio, ci hanno anche consigliato ottimi posti dove mangiare. La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione: è spaziosa, ordinata e impeccabilmente pulita, ideale per trascorrere momenti piacevoli in compagnia di amici e familiari.

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

Our stay at Villa Montemarcoli was fantastic. So peaceful. No noice from cars and really no air traffic noise whatsoever. Just the birds singing. Just want to mention you will need to drive to everything but the roads are so beautiful you won’t mind! I would recommend a small SUV or car with all wheel drive as the villa is located up a gravel road and roads in the area can be narrow and parking can be tight in places. I would definitely recommend Brigitta’s Villa and hope to come back again someday 😎🍷

Wer bei Reilly einen Ort zum Entspannen sucht, hat ihn auf jeden Fall gefunden. Man hat einen fantatischen Blick über das Tal und Ruhe wenn man sie sucht. Ein Haus mit allem Komfort den man benötigt um unbeschwerte Tage zu verbringen. Gut Essen kann man definitv in Montefalco und guten Wein und ausgezeichnetes Olivenöl findet man ebenso. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden ind sorglos glücklich

Ons verblijf in de villa van Loredana was fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een royale welkomsmand, met lekkernijen en heerlijke wijnen. De moeder van Loredana was er om ons op een heel hartelijke manier te ontvangen, ze is echt een schat. Het huis is heel erg ruim en mooi ingericht, met een prachtige keuken die compleet is uitgerust. Naast diverse mooie zitgedeelten in het huis, heb je de beschikking over drie grote slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. De tuin is hartstikke mooi en goed onderhouden door haar vader. Ook in de tuin heb je verschillende zithoeken waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alles is erg schoon. Je komt hier goed tot rust in de prachtige omgeving. Well - I dont know where to start Basics - place is amazing. House, area, facilities, everything inside - by far the best airbnb we have been to and we will come back with friends again! You can't go wrong with this place and rating of 5 does not make justice- it should be 10 Now - this is all is nothing compared to how amazing hosts are - - i have never seen such hospitality and care before. We had a very difficult personal situation with my mom ending in the hospital and my wife getting very sick. Lavinia, Lorenzo and family were SOOOO helpful - they helped with EVERYTHING - there are real angels who helped us get through this very difficult time. I thank them all and pls come and stay here - region is great, place is second to none and hosts are just nicest people you will meet!

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

All I can say is magical perfection! This beautiful home was curated with so much love and intention. My daughter and I had the most incredible time staying home and cooking after visiting the local supermarket but also near so many great places for day trips like Siena and Florence. The hosts were wonderful with communication helping us plan in advance. We were also able to schedule a private chef and cooking lesson. It was sad to leave. We felt so at home and cannot wait to go back! Waking up to the birds chirping and all of the natural beautiful light having everything we needed to feel at home. I will advise to pay close attention to their directions in getting there as Google maps and Apple maps sometimes does not recognize certain small streets and pathways in Tuscany.The house manager was also wonderful. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was.

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Casa del Fico in aprile 2025. La casa è molto bella, pulita e ben curata, collocata nel silenzio delle campagne retrostanti Marina di Pescia Romana, con numerosi posti letto a disposizione. Oltre alla sala da pranzo al piano terra ve ne è una anche nel seminterrato, entrambe con lunghi tavoli che consentono pranzi e cene anche per ospiti numerosi (noi eravamo in 9). Nel bel giardino è presente una piscina e un gazebo con un altro grande tavolo che consente di mangiare all’aperto, meglio se sotto le stelle, ben visibili stante lo scarso inquinamento luminoso della zona (specie per chi vive in città). Numerosi sono i luoghi da visitare nel circondario: Saturnia, Tarquinia, il parco archeologico di Vulci, Viterbo, il lago di Bolsena, la Maremma, solo per citarne alcuni, oltre ovviamente al mare. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Non possiamo che consigliare la Casa del Fico a tutti coloro che intendono programmare una vacanza in queste belle zone.

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We will return to this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Marlene for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectation

Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Noch schöner als auf den Fotos 🌞 wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit und waren sogar im Pool schwimmen :) es war sehr privat und wir hatten für unsere große Gruppe viel Platz. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Claudia war sehr nett und total hilfreich. Toller Restaurant Tipp :)

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Wat hebben we een mooie week gehad in het vakantiehuis. Zeer netjes en heerlijk de ruimte om je heen, net buiten de stad maar het gevoel alsof je buitenaf zit. En het uitzicht, betoverend. Hele vriendelijke mensen die alles voor je willen doen. En dan nog meer luxe, het zwembad. Heerlijk om in af te koelen. Al met al, echt super! Echte aanrader.

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. We booked all three homes available at Mel's place and had an unforgettable week with the entire family - highly highly recommended! Thank you, Mel for being absolutely fabulous!✨

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Matteo und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Check-In verlief super und wir haben auch Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Besonders die Eltern von Matteo, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. Siamo stati accolti dall'host, che si è mostrata sin da subito cordiale e disponibile. La casa è splendida, organizzata su tre piani (l'ultimo raggiungibile con una scala a chiocchiola un po' stretta), molto spaziosa e accogliente. Dotata di 4 bagni, uno con vasca idromassaggio ed una piccola sauna, di un salotto, una zona lavanderia, uno studio con pianoforte ed una grande cucina che si affaccia sul bellissimo giardino con piscina. È stato lo spazio ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in serenità tra amici e visitare i borghi toscani nelle vicinanze. Ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!

Veerle's place is truly spectacular. It beautifully combines the charm of a traditional Umbrian country house—with vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace—with functional spaces that cater to all your needs. We stayed in the house during winter, and I can only imagine how stunning and peaceful it must be in the warmer months when the pool is open. The house is easily accessible via an asphalt road, and shops and convenience stores are just a short drive away. We strongly recommend this place and we will be back!
