This new two-bedroom rural retreat is ideal for a relaxing break with family/ friends. Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

A house for all seasons, enjoy leisurely beach walks, sun, surf and sand in the Summer, or cosy up by the fire in Winter and take in the snow on the beautiful Tararuas.

The property is fully fenced and has a sunny sheltered backyard. The living area opens directly out onto the deck. Linen is provided as well as the basic toiletries you may need for your stay. The bach has not been fully modernised but is clean and tidy and has all of the things you need for a relaxing stay.

Located a block and a half away from the beach this unique space is full of character and design. With one double bed and a single "couch" that doubles as a second bed (now a full spring mattress) The self contained guesthouse has private entry and is located at the front of our section for a sense of privacy. The guesthouse is decorated with local art and is thoughtfully put together. Offering a 4k TV, kitchenette, heat pump, desk, and private outdoor area with BBQ, Spa & Outdoor Shower.
