Appartement conforme à la description. Hôte hyper réactif, il a tout de suite répondu à notre demande de lit parapluie . Idéalement situé , proche de Gueliz et de la Médina. Résidence sécurisée. Je recommande vivement .

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Marrakech en partie grâce à cet appartement. C'est un Oasis à lui tout seul avec le jardin et la piscine extrêmement paisible. La grande piscine est magnifique et fonctionnelle et très bien entretenu avec des transats pour se reposer le soir ou profiter d'un bain de soleil le matin. il faut néanmoins compter sur les taxis ou louer une voiture pour se rendre sur la place. je recommande fortement cet appartement qui est de plus assez grand et très fonctionnel avec une belle cuisine. encore merci pour ce superbe séjour grâce à vous !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marrakech, au sein de la résidence Domaine de Noria. L’appartement était à la fois luxueux, spacieux et très calme, idéal pour se détendre. Un grand merci à Mohcine, qui s’est montré extrêmement chaleureux, disponible et accueillant tout au long de notre séjour. Son attention aux détails a véritablement enrichi notre expérience. Nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons sans hésiter pour une nouvelle escapade dans ce cadre exceptionnel.

Très bel appartement aménagé avec goût, tomette au sol, cheminée, agréable, frais au rez de chaussée avec parking, jardin sans vis à vis et magnifique piscine dans une résidence sécurisée à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de la médina. Franchement une pépite. Salima est une hôte sympathique et réactive. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Nous avons toutefois eu le désagrément de vivre une inondation pendant notre séjour dûe à un épisode de forte pluie dans la ville. Heureusement notre hôte est arrivée immédiatement pour nous aider à nettoyer l appartement. Tout s est résolu rapidement. Le seul bémol à mon sens est que la résidence est près de l aéroport et sur le chemin de décollage et atterrissage des avions. Un inconfort sonore très régulier non négligeable !!!

Séjour au top . Endroit très calme , belles piscines , rien à dire . Appartement confortable et bien équipé . Merci à Hamza et à Mohamed pour leur temps et leur réactivité . Je recommande vivement .

El lloc està super bé, vigilat, molt segur i amb una super piscina. La majoria de tesidents son francesos i alguns empresaris marroquíes. La estada ha estat genial i molt ben situat a 5-10 minuts del centre amb taxi. Molt agraits de l’antenció de la propietaria.

Jamal was super welcoming host! Very nice villa in the middle of golf course. The warm pool was super popular among kids.

Excellent séjour à la villa Dais, nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par Marie mais également toute l'équipe de la maison. Le lieu est très agréable, les chambres sont très spacieuses, la cuisine excellente. Tout est parfait! Merci encore.

hele mooie schone villa in een rustige omgeving, ongeveer 20 min van djem el fnaa met de auto, een auto heb je wel nodig als je in deze omgeving verblijft verblijft. bij mijn volgende bezoek zoek ik niet meer naar iets anders maar boek ik deze villa weer !

The villa is better than the pictures, inside is very spacious and the garden is massive, loads of space for kids to run around. The pool is a good size too, Sebastien was quick to respond to any messages and resolved any issues we had quickly. The cooks meals were good with generous portions. The Villa has no immediate neighbours so it isn’t overlooked by anyone, which was essential for our stay and it met our needs and more. I would definitely recommend and stay here again, I would also recommend to get a hire car if you’re wanting to go out as the villa is in a rural area. The roads are a bit more tricky when turning left out of the villa so I’d recommend always turning right - but that might be cause I’m not use to driving cars with the steering wheel on the left

The apartment, located within a secure gated community, was aesthetically pleasing, impeccably clean, and fully equipped, offering a pleasant view of the central pool. Our host, Talal, provided exceptional assistance, demonstrating a welcoming and accommodating demeanor and flexible approach. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Séjour agréable et appartement calme et une terrasse et aussi avec une belle piscine à quelques mètres

Le séjour passé dans l appartement était tout à fait à la hauteur de ce que nous avait envoyé la propriétaire . Les chambres étaient nickels , chambre parentale avec salle de bain et la piscine au pied du golf . Le top afin de pouvoir se prélasser au soleil . Hôte très agréable qui nous a accompagner jusqu’à l arrivée à l appartement et possibilité de la contacter à tout moment Merci pour tout .🙏

Ik verblijf 6 nachten met mijn gezin in het appartement van Mouna. We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad. Mona reageerde altijd heel snel en is een vriendelijke host. Het appartement is zeer schoon en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Het uitzicht vanuit het terras op het zwembad is geweldig. Dankzij de goede beschrijvingen van Mouna hadden we het appartement meteen gevonden. Een auto is echt een must. In de buurt valt niet veel te doen. Met de auto ben je binnen 15 minuten bij alle bezienswaardigheden en goede restaurants. Ik beveel Mouna ten zeerste aan. We komen in shaa allah terug

Je recommande ce logement. Ma femme et moi avons passé notre séjour dans de bonnes conditions. Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchons:La résidence est accessible et sécurisé. L’accès au studio est automatique et facile. Le parking de la voiture est juste devant l’immeuble. Les personnes de garde et de sécurité sont tellement gentilles et respectueuses et ont le sens de la relation client.connectivité haut débit surtout que j’en avait besoin pour mon travail.

Excellent location near the airport, and on a stunning golf course. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean. The amenities were very nice, and Laila was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend!
