My stay at this condo was fantastic! Everything was exactly as described, and the complex amenities were excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

The villa is about 30 minutes out of Chiang Mai, but easily reachable by taxi, Grab or Bolt. We paid 150 Baht! The villa is beautifully decorated, an oasis of calm. The outside area has a lovely mix of sun and shade. Pisit, the onsite manager of the villa, is incredibly helpful and responsive. He helped us organise day trips to Doi Inthanon (well worth doing) and Doi Suthep. Both were private tours organised with the same people who looked after us on arrival. Breakfast was taken on the garden terrace. We were served fruit, pastries and Thai food. It was all delicious. We tried two of the local restaurants, one within walking distance, the other a short car ride away. On the day of departure, Pisit dropped us off at the airport. All round, a delightful experience

Beautiful house! The location turned out to be quite nice. There was a little food market around the corner where we got food! There was also a nice massage place right around the corner that we visited twice! The host was easy to contact and very responsive and helpful!

The apartment was lovely — truly impeccable! The furniture, kitchenware, everything was wonderful. The building itself was amazing too, with a huge pool, great gym, and a nice sauna. It couldn’t have been better — we’re really grateful for the warm hospitality!

I had a cozy stay at Phoomanee’s place. It’s in a great location, close to the mall and lots of yummy cafes and restaurants nearby. Slightly smaller than it looks in the photos but the balcony is excellent! Would highly recommend!!

来清迈就住这里吧！各种方便，除了房子小一点、楼下没有711，没有其他缺点。我们去年住这里觉得有点小，今年选来选去，先定了其他大房子，结果住了一晚实在不能忍受，退掉了大房子，还是回到这边住了。

Lovely little apartment with a balcony. The building itself is clean and has a great rooftop pool and small gym that you can use. We stayed for a week, we had already stayed previously in a hotel in the old city so wanted somewhere different. It’s quite a good location: 7-Eleven opposite, a Watsons, some nice coffee/food stalls and a lovely cafe called The Wooden Door. Up and down the street are a few bar’s & restaurants. About 15mins walk away is a square with bars & live music (and an amazing wine bar called Baccos). Night Bazaar about 25mins walk. We took a morning walk to the old city - that took 25mins, but a Grab back was less than 100THB. We thought it was very reasonably priced for our week’s stay and the hosts always got back to us quickly.
