This home is a great place if you’re looking to have a relaxing vacation. Home is also very clean with beautiful decor. There are many things to do that are not far from the home. Bill is a very helpful person and will help inform you on any questions you have. Also GREAT FISHING from his yard.

This is an absolutely beautiful house. This was our second time there and we plan to visit many more times. Amazing house with amazing amenities.

This home was a perfect spot for our family of four for our spring break ski trip to Wolf Creek. Gayle was super responsive before and during our stay and having the ability to charge our EV onsite (with our own adapter) was a great amenity. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and the bedding was very comfortable. We definitely hope to visit again on a future ski trip!

The check-in process was super easy and the host was very responsive and proactive. This home was beautiful and in a really nice neighborhood! The lake view and the fireplace in the living room was so peaceful, and cozy to wake up to every morning! This was one of the most organized Airbnb‘s we have ever booked and stayed in. They thought of everything and the kitchen was nicely stocked with higher end appliances and supplies such as nice knives that were actually sharp to prep food with, utensils and silverware. The coffee station was an added bonus! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a quick and easy 35 min drive to Wolf Creek for skiing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Pagosa Springs!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was lovely and welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully stocked—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The quiet location made for a peaceful retreat, and the serene lake view was a beautiful bonus. After a long day of skiing, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

MASK Ranch is an absolute gem! Right next to town but awesomely private with stunning views and a property that is worth spending extra time exploring. The house was spacious and perfectly stocked, from extra towels, blankets, pillows, to the kitchen that is fully set up for cooking meals (including sharp prep knives). Kim was flexible and helpful throughout and we are so grateful to have stayed there. We are already trying to plan when we can come back. Treat yourself! Stay at MASK!

We are very appreciative of our host kindness. Mike helped find us some ingredients on Christmas Day. The cabin was perfect and cozy for our holiday. Our kids said it was five stars! We are definitely happy with our choice in the cabin and would recommend it. Pets are allowed which was great for us and our fur kid.

The porch the view, and the lake were perfect & peaceful. The inside was really comfortable for 2 couples, with cozy couches and cute decor. The vintage Smokey the Bear S&P shakers made me smile as soon as I walked inside. Everything was nice & clean. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, and I loved everything about my stay. The host & hostess were so friendly too. I hope to come back again bc this was one of ky favorite vacations.

Beautiful place which we enjoyed A LOT. The host provides with SUPs and Kayaks.. I did not know about the SUP so I had brought my own. We only used the coffee maker, fridge and microwave... but it seemed that the kitchen was well stocked if cooking had been on our agenda.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed Hummingbird at Elk Point Lodge. Nolan and Olive were easy to work with and communicated everything clearly. They were responsive to all needs. The cabin was very clean, as well as the hot tub. It’s a really beautiful and peaceful location with great amenities. Will do again soon!

We love staying here! we have been several times in the summer but this was our first winter trip. absolutely beautiful! They let us use some of their ice skates so my daughter and I could skate on the lake and let my husband borrow some bait for his ice fishing. Very generous and friendly! we will definitely be back again and again!

Awesome cabin! Perfect stay! Will return next time in the area!

We stayed here for Christmas. Well maintained clean cabin right by the lake with amazing views and plenty of places to walk and enjoy the scenery. Management was great. Making sure drive way and drive to the cabin was cleared and safe with all the snow and ice. Would recommend 4x4 though if you come in the winter time. They were great about getting us fire wood for the wood stove and even checked on our dogs for us while we were in Durango. I’ll be back next year to do some fishing and do it all over again!

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs and so cute and clean. Just a nice, peaceful area. We had everything we needed stocked for our stay. The area was just beautiful with all the fall colors. I would suggest if you are bringing your own paddleboards or extra kayaks (there are two kayaks included with the rental) that it is easier to take the path to the lake on the far side of the cabin to the north of the property to get them down to the water. Rene was great with communication and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area!
