위치가 아주 좋았으며 반찬과 바베큐도 훌륭하였습니다. 식기와 일회용품 제공도 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 다음번에 또 이용하고싶습니다

너무너무 깨끗해서 좋았어요! 식기도 깨끗하게 정리되어있어서 좋았구요(간혹 이전 사용자가 쓴 흔적 그대로 있는 곳도 있었는데 이곳은 전혀 그렇지 않았습니다!) 부엌/거실/침실이 분리된 구조인 것도 정말 좋았어요~! 다만 침실이 옆 도로 쪽 방향에 있었는데 이른 저녁시간엔 오토바이나 사람들이 지나다니는 소음이 조금 들립니다! 이 외엔 정성이 너무 느껴지는 공간이었고, 너무너무 만족하고 지내다갑니다!!🥹

房间很舒适！采光很好，两个卧室都很明亮。入住时房间整洁，房东的回复也很快~ 房间离弘大蛮近的，和朋友聊着天走个七八分钟就到了，地理位置很合适，下次来首尔玩还会考虑这里~

친구들과 파티장소로 사용했는데 6인이 사용하기에 넓고 아늑했어요~ 주방시설이 좁아서 여럿이 설거지를 하기 힘든것 말고는 좋습니다. 또 방문할께요

318Stay was great! A central location within walking distance to Namsan Tower, Myeongdong shops and public transport. The room was great and Amy is a lovely host with good local recommendations and extremely responsive. Having breakfast each day was perfect and delicious. Thank you Amy!

방도 엄청 넓고 주차자리도 지정되어 있고 무엇보다 깨끗하고 수건도 넉넉해서 너무 좋았습니다 재방문의사 있어요

Logement parfait ! Correspond à la description. Le quartier est génial. Il y a tout à proximité, mall, métro, restaurants, café et boulangerie et de nombreux quartiers très sympa autour a visité. Le voisinage du quartier a été très accueillant avec nous. Sophia et John ont été des hôtes parfaits, toujours réactifs et accueillant. Merci beaucoup. Notre famille a été ravi.

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

We loved our stay here! We were a family of four traveling with the grandparents for a little over a week and this space worked great for us - we needed 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry. The host was so flexible and responsive working with us to store bags, get into the space a little early, and eventually leave a little later, and great about answering any and all questions. Everything was clean and easy to find and she walked us through how to use everything. The only concern I had was it was a little far from areas we like to visit like Gangnam and Hongdae and Myeongdong but it was easy to walk to the green line and ride the subway for 15-30 minutes, plus we had no problems getting taxis when we needed. The neighborhood had tons of convenience stores and good restaurants which was a huge plus for us. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

I planned trip to South Korea for myself and 2 friends and the apartment was excellent. Enough space for us and closet space, close to Seoul station for trips and easy to get to for transportation. Gaya and team are very responsive and have been extremely helpful on our journey. I would definitely come back and stay here or any home managed by COZE. "Kam sa hamida" (감사합니다)!!!!

这次的入住体验非常好，咨询了房东一些房屋之外的问题，都非常积极愉快的帮忙解决了。入住当天因为入住密码搞错了，有一点小插曲，但非常快就解决了。我想找民宿附近的一家打印店，房东不仅分享了具体的位置，还帮忙打电话给打印店的老板确认是否一切顺利，非常感谢房东的帮助。 房间很新非常干净，一点异味都没有，家电设施一应俱全，住起来很安心。而且房间的布置也很喜欢很温馨，能感受到房东的精心打理。 民宿在弘大附近，离地铁站餐厅和很多商铺都非常近，地理位置优越。 总之，这是一次非常愉快的入住经历，让我的首尔之行非常顺利，下次还会考虑入住，也非常推荐大家入住！

Beautiful spacious luxury apartment in central Gangnam area!! Everything was so spotless and clean! The views were awesome. Very high tech with heated floors, great air conditioning, and we loved having a steamer and washer/dryer. We also appreciate all of the kid friendly amenities like a high chair, kid utensils, and toys/books. Would highly recommend, and we will stay again if we are in the area!

Stayed at this beautiful home for 4 days. The view is great, very clean. Right across the street from coex mall. Zen is very responsive and helpful.

It is the most complete house I ever stayed! You basically just have to bring your clothing and check in. Lovely place with great location.

바다풍경이 바로 보이는 곳에서 잘쉬고 왔습니다

아버지 팔순기념 간소하게 강화여행을 선택했는데 가족들 모두 숙소에 만족했고 아파트 생활만 하다 오랜만에 너른 주택에서 마음껏 쉬었습니다. 인테리어 쇼룸처럼 포토스팟이 있어 자연스럽게 가족사진도 여러장 촬영했어요. 정성스러운 아침식사는 부족하지도 지나치지도 않게 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다.

Jooseok is a great host, not just friendly but also very available and helpful. The place is super clean & peaceful. 5-20 mins walk to all you want to see and do around the area with alot of good places to eat too. Will stay again definitely!

房东会说中文，人非常好也很热情，家里有一只很亲人的小猫，一见面就蹭人，非常可爱！在这里住的几天很舒服，房间、卫生间和公共区域都很干净，布置得很温馨！地铁站，公交车站离得都不远，出行也很方便！下次有机会的话再来～

멋진 노을을 감상할 수 있는 곳 입니다! 호스트님이 직접 만들어주시는 웰컴티와 커피가 정말 인상적이었습니다. 친절하시고 응답 속도도 빠르셔서 불편함 없이 이용할 수 있었습니다. 편안하고 안락한 공간에서 잘 쉬다 갑니다😊

是一次很特别的体验，早餐很好吃，韩屋很美丽～ 不过因为韩屋隔音比较差，两边会听到很明显的声音～ 睡的有点不踏实。钟哭因为是居民区，附近很多餐厅很早就关门了，如果要享受美食的话要尽量早一点吃饭

The location is wonderful and it’s placed right in between two palaces and the Hanok Village but yet still very much peaceful and quiet. When you check in you get a little history about the property that you’re staying on and the tea and breakfast is a wonderful touch to a beautiful stay. I would definitely come here again.
