Beautiful home with all you need in it. Greatful for Angie's family to share their home with us and let us use their amazing kitchen. Neighbourhood is also calm and silent, and means you do need to walk a bit if you want to take public transport. Overall great place 🙏🏼 thank you

Good place to stay

Perfectly located with ease of travel all over the city. House is super clean in a very clean, quiet, gated community. Would stay there every time I go to Bangkok for meetings.

我曾经在2018年来住过一次Chat的房源，因为上一次的体验非常好，因此在今年2025年又再次来住。两次都是因为来IMPACT展馆参加展会，Chat的房子离展馆很近，打车二十几分钟就到了，非常方便。Chat和Ped非常热情周到，我们到的第一天比较晚，Chat一直在等我们，还准备了欢迎水果和橘子汁，因为我们要见客户，并且参加展会没有时间出去吃早饭，Ped会每天帮我们准备非常美味的早饭，并且还会帮我们清洗。（当然，时间充足的话是需要自己洗的，我们晚饭后都是自己洗完所有餐具并且晾好。）Chat还为我们推荐了小区附近好吃的店和一个本地市场，那个市场里面有卖生肉和菜的，但有一大半都是卖小吃的，非常丰富而且便宜，去逛一逛我非常开心。Chat本人非常有涵养并且幽默，她曾经作为泰语专家在中国国际广播电台工作过3年，是一位非常可爱且高素质的女士。如果来IMPACT展馆的话，非常建议住在这里。

We really enjoyed our stay at Tatiya’s place - it’s located at a quiet neighborhood about 10mins walking distance to the nearest MRT (underground) station with quite a number of local delicacies and great massage shops (much cheaper yet good compared to the famous ones) to choose from. It’s near Lat Phrao MRT station so it’s very easy to go to the major tourist regions even on metro. We stayed in room “MK” which is spacious, clean and bright. We recommend to take taxi (even at the MRT station) when you first get there as the route to the house can be be confusing to those who are not too good at finding direction haha But once you’re familiar with the neighborhood everywhere is easy go. We didn’t see Tatiya a lot due to our schedule but she’s always responsive and gave great recommendations right for our needs! Our hearts melted when MK and Si Tao (means “gray” in Thai) welcomed us home. They are the sweetest hosts. Would definitely come back the next time we visit Bangkok!

The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is great for my business trip. Mim had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. Thanks Mitt huas crews for a wonderful trip! We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The home was exactly as described. Host was super responsive and very friendly. Provided a helpful guide of nearby transport and easy access instructions. We would definitely stay again.

非常棒的小别墅，干净整洁，居住舒适。地理位置优越，离bts很近，附近很多当地小吃。和房东的沟通也很顺畅，总的来说适合一家人出行居住。

The house four floors and multiple rooms to sleep in and it quite place and peaceful.

지진 때문에 급하게 숙소를 예약하고 이용했는데, 너무 친절하시고, 저희 상황도 배려해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다😭✨ 방도 많고, 침구류, 넉넉한 생필품까지 😖 다음에 방콕 가게되면 무조건 다시 예약 할 것 입니다! :)

这次一家五口入住，很好的体验，阳台很适合拍照，房子很温馨，三楼的房间还有冰箱，空间也很大。小厨房虽然没有炉灶，但是提供微波炉和厨房用品，可以切水果和喝水。房东热情，回复很及时。

Home is beautiful, exactly the way the photos look. Just a little bit smaller than expected but still perfectly fitted our group of 13. Pool was maintained good and was perfect for the hot weather. Meimei was a quick responder! We had a great time.

This place is accessible. Very near from pratanum market, platinum fashion mall and central world bangkok. The host was also very kind, responded quickly, and our accommodation was well-organized. Oh my god. I left my heart in bangkok. And i want to go back again.

房东非常nice～我和我们家人入住，还给我们准备了泡面等小吃。有什么小问题住旁边的邻居会过来帮忙！房东也会及时回复！我们离开的第二天缅甸地震，曼谷也被影响，房东还非常关心我们给我发讯息！还有一件事情是我把鞋子忘记拿了，房东帮我保存好，后面我又回去拿！入住非常棒的体验，像家人一样，谢谢！
