Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Palmas del Mar

Wir genossen 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in der hellen Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und ins Grüne. Die Betten waren bequem, das saubere Badezimmer etwas klein und in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Internet war sehr schnell. Ab und zu gab es Stromausfälle, was aber in Puerto Rico üblich ist. Daniela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und reaktionsschnell. Empfehlenswert!

This Airbnb was one of the best we’ve stayed in when visiting Puerto Rico. We usually stay in San Juan but this house was such a different experience. It was so peaceful and beautiful on a mountain that was super easy to access. 70% of the island lost power on our last day but we still had power due to the solar panels which was amazing. The owner came to speak with us to make sure we were okay and she was extremely sweet and caring. No complaints. 10/10

Good place to stay in Palmas!

Yessenia's place was clean and beautiful. She as a host was always helpful and responsive at any time. The place has a lot of amenities and is great to stay with family and kids

We absolutely loved this space!! Easy to find and we felt safe and secure. When you first pull up, you can tell they are remodeling and painting the exterior of the buildings. When you walk into the space, it is nice and clean, organized and spacious. There is an AC unit in every room as well as in the main living area. Kesil thought of everything a guest would need away from home, including a first aid kit. The ferry terminal to visit the other islands is only 10 minutes away, which was great being that while visiting Vieques the entire island of Puerto Rico lost power. The drive from the ferry dock to the apartment was a smooth pleasant drive. During this time Kesil kept us informed of the outage. In the apartment, she provided solar power lanterns, which was great to have while in the apartment. We slept with bedroom windows open and power was back the next day. Thanks for such a great experience. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will definitely book with Kesil.

Espectacular este alojamiento. el apartamento es hermoso, muy buen decorado, con un balcón inolvidable, el conjunto Residencial es nuevo y la zona es muy tranquila y agradable. María y Harold estuvieron siempre atentos a cualquier duda. recomiendo 100% este alojamiento.

Acogedor Airbnb con vistas maravillosas. Toda una experiencia inolvidable que vale la pena vivir. Maricelis fue una host muy atenta, responsiva, amable y respetuosa que estuvo al pendiente siempre de que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor. Puedes disfrutar durante el día en la piscina, relajarte admirando el paisaje y en la noche relajarte admirando la fogata y escuchando la naturaleza. Nuestros niños estaban muy emocionados y disfrutaron muchísimo la estadía. La Casita Negra es perfecta para una estadía familiar o un escape en pareja. Tiene restaurantes muy buenos a 5 minutos. Esperamos muy pronto repetir la visita.

Beautiful place just steps from the beach and a beautiful preserve. The house has its own private pool. Great and clean place to enjoy with family and friends or friends.

Location couldn’t have been better. Close to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. The house was very spacious and clean. The host provides all the essential necessities.

We booked the same day we traveled to the island, March 14-March 2016. Javier was very friendly as soon as we made the reservation. The location of this property is excellent, very close to pharmacies, Walmart, breakfast bars, and restaurants. The beaches are nearby and beautiful. El Yunque Rainforest is also very close, and we enjoyed its nature and waterfalls. The property is very well-equipped, very clean, and has a beautiful beach decor. They welcomed us with delicious coffee made in Puerto Rico. In the closet, we also found extra beach chairs, coolers, and other items that they shared to make our visit more pleasant. They placed two hammocks in the back of the house, and we fell in love with the tropical atmosphere. Thank you for all the attention we received; we will return soon.

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

We really liked the apartments. It was very nice having two separate apartments. Angel also ensured that we had everything needed for the beach. (Umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels) This saved us money and time. There is a little road noise but if you close the bedroom door at night, this is a non-issue. Entering through the gate is a little tricky. The gate itself is accordion style so once you figure that out, it’s less difficult to get in. We definitely recommend Angel’s location when visiting Puerto Rico.

Absolutely stunning. Worth every penny. One of the rare cases where the pictures don’t do it justice. The host is even incredibly hospitable and responsive. Highly recommend.

Better than was shown in photos. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, view of ocean is stunning....A/C in all areas work amazing. Energy was lost one morning but solar panels and battery back up worked well, house cealings so high so ceiling fans maintained cool during the power failure. Very clean, many amenities available. Co-host ver attentive and friendly. STaying worth every penny, do not leave the opportunity to be in a great property for a big family.

Peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing The best part of this stay was the private terrace — quiet and open, with a beautiful view of the night sky. The apartment is on the third floor (walk-up, no elevator), but that wasn’t a problem for me. Everything was clean and fresh, with a well-stocked kitchen (minus a dishwasher) and thoughtful basics like herbs and condiments — thank you to the host for that! Beds were comfy, and the giant screen in the master/living room was a nice bonus. The place felt open and well-ventilated throughout. Great stay overall — calm, quiet, and exactly what I needed.

Stayed here for two nights to visit El Yunque and Kayak the bio bay. It's a great location for both and has plenty of safe easy parking in a gated lot. The views from the room are great and the pool is massive. Some of the reviews from previous years mention there was no A/C in the living room, but this has been resolved as there is now a second A/C unit in the living room. On Friday night the bar down by the water had live music which could easily be heard in the bedroom. Upon closer inspection one of the window pieces was missing, which allowed the sound to come in like the window was open. The bar eventually closed and it wasn't too big of a deal for sleeping. The host was notified to hopefully repair the window for future guests

This unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space, comfy beds and linens, a stocked kitchen and beautiful view. Cold AC in both bedrooms, but not in the living room. Secure building with elevators. Slightly dated but clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the location is next to a very busy marina, there is often noise and loud music from the boats and the restaurant next door but it stopped by midnight or so. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. Comfortable seating and beds. Kitchen had what we needed. Parking was close and easy and the location was convenient to drive to restaurants, marinas, etc.

This is a beautiful, clean Airbnb that was very comfortable for our family of 5. Great location with quick drives to various beaches and convenient for a day trip to El Yunque. Thank you for great stay!
