The staff was so kind to us. We really appreciated how helpful they were with our stay, and how welcoming everyone was.

Location was extremely good! It was right next to the best bars and spots in Canggu and still quiet and secluded so you don’t really feel the noise at all. Also, the check in and check out time is really flexible and the whole team is very helpful!

this is a great place, with cleaning 2 times a week, with a kitchen and a balcony, if the location suits you, then this place will be great for you

I enjoyed my stay here, it was lovely waking up to the rice paddies while still being near the center. My room had a few issues but they took care of it for me, thank you!

I had an amazing stay in this place in Canggu! The location is perfect – close to great restaurants, the beach, and shops, making it super convenient to explore the area. The internet was excellent, ideal for working remotely. Imade and everyone in the house were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Canggu and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Очень уютное уединенное место, приватная территория где чувствуешь себя в безопасности. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, отвечает моментально в мессенджере, все пожелания воспринимаются с уважением. Единственное — не работала микроволновка, и её забрали в ремонт, не поменяв на другую, но это мелочи. Бассейн публичный, но мы там всегда были одни. Рядом много кафе для завтрака. Отличное место, надеюсь вернуться еще!

Great Villa. The staff were super friendly and always kept the place very clean. It was exactly like the images! There is a little street noise but it did not bother us.

Great stay, great host. You are just at the main road but without being on the main road itself. The house is tucked away on a lane way. The staff were super cool and they responded to messages really quick. They even came out late the night before national day to fix a problem. Thank you very much. The two cats, Fluffy and Mimi are nice to come back to after a day of traveling. One issue I had were the dogs. As it’s on a lane, there are other homes with locals. I guess to prevent crime they all seem to have dogs out in the open in the lane. Don’t get me wrong, I love dogs but after some sketchy interactions, two of which had the dog jump on me while barking had me to mention it to the staff. I suggested to meet the neighbor to give the dog some treats and have the dog sniff us and realize that we were not a threat. This fixed the issue and also the neighbor kept the dog in that garden. Also to note the lane is not on the maps so food delivery is quite difficult. I Would recommend.

Lilik our villa carer for luna was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond with everything. We got bali belly while on our stay and she was so helpful and caring, giving us ph numbers and contacts for doctors. She was one of the nicest ladies i have met. Her service was definitely the best i have experienced travelling. Villa Luna was amazing, everything was the same as the photos and was a great location. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back to this villa.

Everything was way beyond expectations. Arriving at 2am, Dewa welcomed us kindly with watermelon juice. The breakfast and laundry and cleaning service that always prepared with care gave me a real break. We enjoyed life in the villa with minimal time outside. The pool had a clean water change every morning, keeping it clean at all times. Even in the evening, it was convenient to apply for room service at any time. I was able to get a business trip massage service in the villa, and I was very satisfied. Also, they gave me a taxi when I was out of town. Dewa is the best host I've ever seen. His service always touched me. My family will forever remember our three days in the villa Sindhu.

We were a family of 6 visiting in December 2024, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. There was always someone to help with any arrangements we needed and the house was clean. We were close to a nice coffee shop and restaurant and a few kilometres from the main beach clubs.

Thanks to the amazing service provided by our butlers, Jojo, and Wayan. From the moment we arrived (quite late due to unforeseen circumstances), they greeted us with warm smiles and an unwaveringly positive attitude. Throughout our stay, their friendly and cheerful personalities brought so much joy to our experience. Whether it was setting up delicious breakfasts, offering insightful local recommendations, or simply chatting with us, they went above and beyond to make every moment special. One particular instance truly showcased their dedication: in the middle of the night, my friend suddenly fell ill. I texted Jojo at 2:30 AM, unsure of what to expect at such an odd hour. To my surprise, he responded almost immediately and took action right away by contacting the in-house doctor. Thanks to Jojo's swift response and and care, my friend received prompt medical attention, and we were all incredibly grateful for his support. The level of service we experienced was genuinely five star!

Wir haben uns zu zweit in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war tadellos. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Da wir die verschiedenen Strände und Steilküsten im Süden besuchen wollten und teilweise längere Aufenthalte hatten, waren wir auf einen Fahrer angewiesen. Dieser wurde uns zugewiesen und war für den gesamten Aufenthalt verfügbar. Das war wirklich toll. Der Pool im Haus ist ein Erlebnis wert. Der Garten zauberhaft. Die Küche ist spärlich ausgestattet, aber sehr funktionell. Die Bäder sind sehr groß und die Sanitäranlagen sind praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa in Kandangangan.

Comfortable place to stay for short term. The room has everything you might need! It’s quite. I recommend it!

It was good experience. I planned for 2 nights but ended up staying there for over a week. It's equipped with cooking essentials, Wifi was reliable. I have a place now whenever I'll visit Bali. Ponco and Deven has been very kind, helpful and supportive for your requests.
