The place has a beautiful view of the beach, it is quiet and peaceful. We love the place! we are recurrent clients of Don Marcos we appreciate a great place near our favorite beaches.

Nuestra estadía fue increíble! Estuvimos durante el “Apagón Santo” y pudimos seguir pasándola de show ya que teníamos bbq de gas!!!! Tiene lugares cerca para comprar cosas de emergencia. Vecindario agradable, tranquilo. Todo muy limpio y cada uno de los encargados muy atentos en la estadía. Tiene artículos para la playa lo que hace todo más fácil. Definitivamente muy recomendado!!!

If staying during the weekend, expect people to stay on the beach until late at night. The apartment is just as we expected, typical second home apartment being rented out on airbnb. Clean apartment, host provided clear instructions for self check-in. Pretty good “bang for your buck” stay in PR considering the price hike of the last few years.

Alejandro was a great host! The island suffered a islandwide blackout and he responded proactively providing a generator and checking in. He responded fast to questions and offered great recommendations. If you're in the west coast of PR, fully recommend!

El sitio es muy bueno. Ya hemos pasado varias vacaciones en el mismo sitio y probablemente regresemos pronto.

El GPS en PR no es miy exacto pero el anfitrion responde rapido y los encontramos por cordenadas el sitio muy tranquilo la casa es igual a las fotos muy comoda solo necesitaria poner cubiertos para niños todo era de loza pero todo miy bien limpio y organizado

Our family loved the air b&b, we loved the pool and the hammock area. It was about 10 mins from the town and restaurants! We would definitely book this again when we come to PR. Thank you for having us!

Carlos was very helpful and always responded quickly. The views were amazing!!! Nice big porch to play dominos and hang out even if it is raining. Nice ocean breeze, only used the ac for sleeping. The area was quiet but not very walkable because of the hills, and only a short drive to restaurants, bars and a beach. The house was big and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. But it could use a few updates. All the amenities you need even coolers and beach towels. Overall nice place.

Beautiful home, easy check-in. Very clean and full of amenities. The shower water was colder than expected. Would consider for future stays though.

Ken was super responsive to all our needs. He has a beautiful peaceful and spacious home, perfectly located outside of the crowded beach areas but convenient to go to the beach areas. You can also be happy just hanging out at there at home by the pool, and playing games there as well. Would definitely love to return on another trip!

Tuve una experiencia exclente en este Airbnb. Desde el momento en que llegué, todo lleno mis expectativas: el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto y con todos los detalles que hicieron mi estancia muy cómoda. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo lo que necesitaba, pero a la vez tranquila para descansar. El anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación que necesitara. Se notaba que se preocupan genuinamente por ofrecer una excelente experiencia. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo 100%.

Edmundo's penthouse is quite literally that, a PENTHOUSE! I would GLADLY stay here again! Not only was the place spotless, but there wasn't a single person's hair left in the beds or bath towels which is apparently very common with every other airbnb that I've been at in Puerto Rico. Edmundo's penthouse was GINORMOUS with phenomenal balcony views of the ocean. The sunsets were on a whole new level as well. Truth be told, I can't think of a single complaint about this place and I'm a picky person! One other thing that I want to point out is that Edmundo's penthouse has top notch security. There are multiple cameras around the complex and you can't get in without the proper door codes (there are multiple secured doors). Edmundo was also very flexible and allowed me to check in a little bit earlier without charging me a ridiculous fee. I can't wait to stay here again!

My husband, I and my family found this accommodation extremely satisfying. The view from the condo was beautiful which included sunsets at your finger tips! The large wrap around veranda was a great addition to the spacious, comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable which was quite important for our 2 month stay. The kitchen was well equipped for our frequent in house cooking. An abundance of towels were available for our stay. Everything you might need for a good beach vacation was provided; chairs, umbrellas, water floats, cooler, beach blanket, etc. We appreciated it all. The local beach was a short walk from the complex. Dorkas was a very responsive host and acted in a timely fashion to any requests we had during our stay. We felt very comfortable knowing that Dorkas was there to help in any way. We would not hesitate to return for another winter getaway in the future. Thank you for helping to make this a wonderful experience for us all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Debora, our host, was so welcoming and responsive. The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and linens and has an amazing rooftop terrace to enjoy the view of the water and an evening beverage. We loved being able to walk to the beach and spend time with the locals at Annie’s Place (highly recommend the grouper bites!). Debora’s thoughtfulness about making her guests feel welcome was demonstrated through having cold drinks available upon our arrival to little touches like having specific places for plugging in our devices. We had a great time!

This is my second time staying here my family loves this location. Close to the beach, my kids loved the pool that was basically just us. Area is very quiet. The house is very comfortable for my family. Only con I would say is the master bed is pretty firm but not a major problem. I love staying here and will definitely come back again.
