It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Enjoy the 50 second walk to the beach entrance! Recently renovated cottage in the very popular area known as The Bluff at Parlee Beach. Close to canteens & shopping. Take your bicycle to the wharf to watch the sailboats or for some fishing, enjoy a bay tour with the Shediac Bay Cruises, or maybe bike to the town of Shediac on the groomed trails. A 20 min drive to YQM Moncton airport. We love this area so much that we want to share it with others! The Parlee Beach park is open until Oct 12,2026.

Our quaint 2 storey beach house, in Shediac, has a front veranda for morning sun and a very private back deck bathed in afternoon sun, surrounded by a privacy fence. Our house is fully furnished and everything you need is here and if not, please ask!! Within sight of: Provincial park Play park Bowling alley Mini grocery & drive in theater across the street! A short walk down the cottage road to Parlee Beach and to connect to the walking/biking trails, which lead to all local attractions.
