Wish I could’ve met the beautiful faces behind this beautiful property! I was however late for my check in. My plans went so south but my host & my stay was amazing & well needed. If you come across any property listed by them GO! I promise you won’t regret it! I actually can’t wait to go back. Peaceful & breathtaking!!!!

Amazing. The home was as described. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay with our pet and highly recommend.

This cottage was the perfect respite for my family. The big panoramic window that looked out over the water was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but the university of Delaware was 20 minutes away and Baltimore an hour south. It was a perfect house for a long weekend getaway.

Loved the cabin! Especially enjoyed the hot tub and board games and super comfortable beds! Woke up every morning to the sounds of the birds. Perfectly clean, quiet and peaceful (we did think it would be set back further from the street, but there’s almost no traffic so the road noise was minimal). The wood-fired hot water and heat give a nice rustic touch, plenty of wood is included and it only needs to be stoked twice a day. Laundry soap is provided, which was a nice bonus, as are the kitchen staples (peanut butter, flour, spices, popcorn, etc). Melody is a great communicator, answering all questions promptly, and everything was as described in the listing. Everything is labeled and the instructions and house rules are clear and easy to understand. As someone who travels frequently, this property is well above average, particularly in this region. Will happily stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo ! Tenemos un bebé recién nacido y fue perfecto todo . Un ambiente tranquilo, limpio y una vista hermosa. Muy cerca de restaurante, nos encantó la comida de la zona. Disfrutamos de todo de la fogata, jacuzzi y un descanso total. Tenían un regalo cuando llegamos, que era una botella de vino. Mi hija de 11 años disfruto mucho el columpio y la zona para pintar

This cabin was extremely cute and private. It was a very peaceful location with a cozy front porch. The hot tub and the back patio were also relaxing in the chilly evenings. We would love to come back for future getaways.

Was looking for a peaceful getaway and my God that I find it I was lucky enough to meet the property owners during my stay and they were both incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. The neighborhood itself was all friendly and the view and surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful I did not want to leave and cannot wait to return. Brand new gym with a perfect view of the lake, beautiful little sandy shore. Truly peaceful, and relaxing place to be. Dog friendly (all dogs were all on leashes so that’s a huge win) Porch had a gate so the dog could hangout. Wildlife all around. Truly a steal.

We had a blast! A group of us rented both cabins and we all had a great time and loved that you don’t need to lower the music and there is no one around to bother you. Perfect peaceful place

Swan Lake Resort staff was very responsive and extremely accommodating. I felt they were caring and genuinely interested in our comfort, willing to accommodate our needs for an early check in too.

Although we only stayed a night (next time hopefully longer to enjoy more amenities) this was a great place to stay. Very clean and updated. It matches the description perfectly. Our host was super responsive. Would def come again!

This is a perfect getaway for couples, families with kids. enjoy nature and explore historic Smithville nearby

I absolutely loved staying here! I don't live too far away, however if was so nice to get out of my normal routine and spend some time relaxing in the peaceful environment swan lake resort has to offer. definitely want to come back in the summer since it's so close to the beach towns!

My third time with Swan Lake and I find the location, prices, and cabins perfect for my needs. Very clean (not spotless), great kitchen with lots of counter space, comfortable beds and pillows, uncluttered, and in a quiet location. It's a little tricky to find, so make sure you use the map of the sites that they give you and not GPS, which is not accurate there. Host was very responsive to my questions. Convenient parking right by the door and just a few steps up onto the porch to get in. Nice layout inside. I will return!

We rented William’s home for about a week, as we were packing our home and needed a comfortable place to stay with our toddler prior to our move. William’s home was cozy, peaceful, and child-friendly. My toddler loved being on the lake and waking up to his “quack quacks”, typically referred to as ducks. William’s home was a great temporary home for my family, and we plan to book again when visiting family in the area.

Loved the area. It was my son's 11th Birthday and he wanted to go to a cabin. Went fishing, exploring, cookout and sat around a fire telling scary stories. It was just what we wanted.

The house was amazing and the decor was so fitting for the cabin. Very comfortable feeling being in the home. There were several touches done by the owner that just made us feel special. We would highly recommend

We like the cabin because it's not too far from the DE Turf facility. It's also very clean and quiet. Remember it's on a farm, so be prepared to hear (and smell) the animals nearby! It was fun to see the pigs moving about in their area this morning.
