Great cottage design with a balance of of style and old charm. Private patio and onsite parking. Located a few blocks away from downtown in a quiet part of Santa Barbara. You will be able to walk to downtown or take a short drive to most locations in Santa Barbara. City is going to start some kind of road maintenance in sept until novemeber. As of this time 9/5 they haven't started but have been delivering notices around. I will include the full transcript in 'other details to note'

The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.
