Dixie Breeze is a darling 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house located just 2 easy walking blocks from the beautiful Mississippi gulf coast. It offers a wide wrap around front porch to take in the luxurious gulf (Dixie) breeze and a completely covered outdoor living space with eating area, swings and hammocks and even an outdoor shower. The house comes equipped with a fully appointed kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a full size washer and dryer, and a starter set of necessary items. The living room is equipped with a 52 inch flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and blue ray player. The house offers a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another guest room with 2 twin beds (this "kids" bedroom also is equipped with a 52" flat screen TV and xbox gaming system), all with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The house comes equipped to meet all your beach fun needs, ie... beach towels, beach toys, cooler etc. It is located in the relaxed, layed back little town of Pass Christian, a short walk to the beach, marina, charter fishing excursions, and fresh seafood markets. It's 10 minutes from the night life of Bay Saint Louis and Gulf Port, and a short drive to all the gulf coast casinos. It's also just a short ferry ride to historic Ship Island. There are far too many area activities to list. It's a perfect location for your next family vacation!

You are a 2-3 minute walk from the sandy beach and an awesome fishing pier. The Silver Slipper Casino, with its award winning buffet, is just 1 mile away. You are also 1 mile from Buccaneer State Park and can enjoy the wave pool. The heart of downtown Bay St. Louis is seven miles from our home.

Shell House Estate Bungalow

We are located on the Gulf of Mexico. A private beach is out your front door along with Fishing and Sailing. We are also a short distance from Casinos, as well as many family-friendly activities. This is a three acre 170 year old private estate property with 500 year old registered live oak trees. The Bungalow also has a covered parking space. THE POOL HOUSE sleeps 6 two in one room and 4 in the other room. BUNGALOW sleeps 4 two in one room and 2 in the other room. See photos.

With two Queen bedrooms and a full bedroom this cozy house comfortably sleeps 6. The front porch leaves an inviting area to have you morning coffee or evening drinks and enjoy the coastal hospitality of locals passing through.

Wake up to beautiful beach and park views from this cozy studio with a queen bed and daybed. This unique property has been owned by the family for nearly 60 years. The partial kitchen includes a bread oven, small stove top, tea pot, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and cookware. The bathroom has a shower with motion lighting. Relax with Roku TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (no cable). A door code will be provided before arrival. Smoking is not permitted inside.
