River floating is dependant on rainfall. We have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Firepit, and a Pool for you and your family and friends to enjoy. The newly built Succulent Santuary is a studio size tiny cabin with a fabulous hill country view! Sleeps 2 on a a very comfortable Queen size bed with a view to die for and a comfy sofa as well. The bathroom has toilet, sink and shower in a fun/funky decor. Included: WiFi (can be spotty), smart TV, medium-sized fridge, microwave, coffee bar with K-cup coffee maker and a propane grill on the deck. Notes: **We have a 2 night minimum stay**
