Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is full of charm and unique art. Just a couple of blocks to the town square for restaurants and shopping. In the summer you will enjoy the quaint front porch and backyard patio full of colorful flowers nice for outdoor dining. The fenced backyard is perfect for bringing your dog. Small dogs 25 pounds and under require a one time $50 pet fee and dogs larger than that are up for discussion. Parties and gatherings are not allowed without permission and $100 fee.
