Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Exmoor - A spacious log cabin on a working farm

Stay in a log cabin for a relaxing holiday or break. The cabin, (listed as 4* self-catering by Devon Farms), accommodates up to six people each (plus cot as required). The cabins are perfect for a family holiday or equally for friends and offer something different from a normal cottage holiday let. With a private garden and verandah with panoramic views. Our log cabins are the real thing: thick walls, fully insulated with central heating, making for a great holiday the whole year round.

Lower Chapeltown Cottage

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation with expansive south facing views of the quiet Devon countryside. Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property has a double and twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower), kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge) and living room / dining area. Private garden with space to park two cars.

Situated on the outskirts of Cheriton Fitzpaine near Crediton and surrounded by stunning countryside, it is a perfect getaway for couples. Grab a book and relax in the private garden, soak up the stunning scenery from the love seat or cosy up by the crackling fire. This modern rustic retreat is ready to welcome you, offering a peaceful, idyllic escape.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Set in the rolling hills of Devon, in the sleepy hamlet of Newbuildings, 2 miles from the village of Sandford with its village shop and two pubs, just 10 minutes from Crediton. A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

Come & stay on our family run Dairy, Beef & Sheep Farm. Our 2 beautiful 5 meter Bell Tents are perfect if you want to just get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. You may just want to use it as a base to sleep whilst you explore our beautiful county of Devon with miles of Moorland and beaches within a 30-40 minute drive away. Or you may live locally and just want to get out of town and sleep under the stars without being too far from home. Relax, unwind & recharge

This delightful renovated former barn has retained all its character with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and offers a luxury self-contained self-catering retreat for 2 people.

Entire house, sleeps two, detached from the main farm house, with private entrance doorway. The Threshing Barn is located in the heart of the village of Knowstone, on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.
