Friendly communication. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking. Private space. Perfect for travelling with dogs. I don’t normally sleep well when it’s not my home, but managed to sleep well here. We come to Sydney a few times a year & would definitely stay again.

Easy to find and very nice inside. Clean and convenient.

Will Definitely book again if we have another event in Liverpool. Place was very spacious and warm for a 2 bedroom apartment. Spotless and easy to follow instructions.

Tareq’s place is in a great location in Merrylands! It is close to the Stocklands shopping centre, train station, restaurants, and acai which we loved, by car it is only 20-30 minutes away from the cbd/ Harbour bridge etc. Tareq (the host) was really quick at responding, understanding and extremely helpful as he helped us in ways where other hosts wouldn’t and understood the situation we were in and trusted us fully. Overall We loved everything about the property and location. As the host is very quick at responding and answering calls no matter the time they will try their best to answer asap. The house had everything we needed and was very tidy I have nothing bad to say about our stay as we enjoyed it very much. Thank you so much Tareq. Would recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Sydney as it is close to Parramatta, Bankstown, Guildford, Wentworthville, Auburn and much more

Her house is big, has complete facilities, has beautiful swimming pool & bbq area, all bedrooms has bathroom, strong wifi, has big basement for car parking and the best one is that it has lift that very suitable when we travel with elderly... it has everything we need, close to malls, restaurants, coles & woolworths supermarkets... also love the quiet surrounding thank you for your hospitality

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cheng's communication was excellent and extremely caring as we were visiting for a family funeral. It was just like a 'home away from home' - extremely comfortable and well appointed with excellent facilities - although we didn't utilise the kitchen facilities as the house is not far from restaurants and clubs. The house was perfectly located for us and it was comforting that we were able to take our pet with us, and all the fabulous parks nearby allowed us to exercise her well and it has a small secure courtyard. It is a close walk to the train station, cafe, shops and restaurants. Cheng did make regular contact and supplied detailed information on the area and it's attractions. I must admit I did miss one email whilst there which detailed the check out process, and I apologise Cheng as I did not empty the bins. I highly recommend this house and host. Would definitely stay again whilst visiting Sydney.

We stayed at Hyun's place over the Christmas break. The accommodation was well maintained, with high speed WIFI and at a convenient location (we were at Marsden Park beside Costco/Ikea). The home is on an extremely quiet street and neighbours within close proximity which is typical of the area, so you can hear everything. This took some time getting used to as we come from a louder area. Overall, we had a positive stay and found Hyun to be a most hospitable, kind, responsive and accommodating host. Would highly recommend!

The house is spacious and all of the rooms are well appointed. The house is in a great little pocket of Penrith, near to the river, but not far from shops and restaurants.

This place was homey and has it’s own unique charm. The hosts were friendly, helpful and all of the amenities mentioned were included. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The location and home were in a great place for us. Communication was good and the premises was clean and welcoming. The only thing I could suggest, is that it would have been nice to have some spare linen and blankets for those who needed more, otherwise everything was easy amd relaxing. Thank you.
