At 700sf, it has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, king bedroom with second TV, and a full bath with washer/dryer. 1 mile to Publix 10 min. to the airport 5-10 min. to downtown Pensacola 10-15 min. to the beach

We offer a quiet, chill environment while being just minutes from shops, restaurants, beaches, nature trails and the zoo. The Backyard Cottage is lovingly placed in our shared yard, so please be respectful of our space that we have chosen to share.

Steps from Bayview Park including small and large dog parks, dog beach, tennis courts, workout area, boat ramp, Bayview Center & more. 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach. While attached to the main house, the guest suite is its own private space, with a separate entrance, temperature control, driveway parking for 2 and room for a small boat. We’ll do anything to make your stay great!

Sweet Suite 3mi-Pcola Beach

This suite is just minutes from Pensacola Beach & just 2 lots from the water. You'll catch a glimpse of Pensacola Bay from your private entrance on the end of the house. Queen memory foam bed, fast wifi, patio, kitchenette, micro, fridge, Keurig, desk. Note: There is no kitchen sink, the bathroom has a tall faucet. Bedroom w/Roku TV, closet, beach gear, mini-split. This suite is sealed off with double locked doors.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

East Hill Bungalow

The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.
