This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Crowded Table Pentwater is a new construction family friendly home located within the Village of Pentwater. 9 short blocks to Mears State Park Beach and 7 blocks to shops, restaurants and ice cream. Enjoy a peaceful wooded lot in a home loaded with family friendly features. This is our family cottage and we want you to enjoy it the same way we do. Walk to ice cream every day, go to the beach, cook up a storm and relax. We also have a sneaky kitchen table that seats 12 and 5 island seats.

Two bedroom home with queen beds and queen pull out in the living room. Single bath w/shower. The home features central air/heat, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV's w/ Roku streaming. Indoor or outdoor dining accomodations for up to 6 guest. Enjoy bon fire's and smores in the backyard fire pit, seats 6, split logs provided. You'll love this unique and romantic escape to Dune Beachin! It is creatively decorated for the perfect getaway to relax, breathe in the fresh air and feel like you are at the beach. This amazing place has a custom fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs surrounded by dune grass to create that extra special beach ambience. This unit features a cozy fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, a large concrete patio, Oklahoma grill/smoker, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining table and chairs.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.
