My friend and I arrived yesterday from Nikos heaven. It was a wonderful stay. felt like a calm oasis! The water there is gorgeous and very relaxing. Perfect location, an amazing view, very close to several markets, restaurants and cafes The apartment is located around 15 meters away from the beach. , the balcony is gorgeous by itself! The weather and water are always fantastic! Nikos and his family members are wonderful people, very supportive always, polite, and somehow very human-oriented. They politely let us check in early and then check out late upon our request. Per arrival, they had some basic stuff on the kitchen table for us, olive oil, cookies, sugar, salt, coffee and tea, and toiletries in the bathroom. We had a wonderful stay there, I will definitely recommend Nikos's apartment to my friends. Thank you Anne and Nikos!

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s Beach Apartment! The apartment is super clean and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and communication with the host was very nice. The boulevard with various shops and restaurants is right around the corner and so is the beach. The only comment/improvement I can think of, is maybe adding a sign to the entrance of the building so it’s easier to find. We would definitely recommend this place :) Thank you!

Wir waren 5 Personen und ein Kind für 5 Tage über Ostern in Neoi Epibates. Schon vor den Check-In wurden Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet und extra wünsche berücksichtig! Frau Vasiliki hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer! Sauber und stillvoll eingerichtet! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar bei Fragen!Wir haben uns wohl und gut umsorgt gefühlt!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Αρκετά άνετο και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Καταπληκτική θέα! Βλέπεις το ηλιοβασίλεμα από το μπαλκόνι το οποίο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την παραλία. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και σου προτείνουν αρκετά μέρη για να περάσεις ευχάριστα την διαμονή σου!

Absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful flat was the perfect getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to local beach and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean, modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The look of the building is not as prestine as the inside but that didn't matter to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We met a wonderful lady neighbour who helps feed those 17 cats living in their parking lot😊( A dream for cat lovers like us). The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Angelina went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and provided us a welcome drink. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We extended our stay for another night and was charged a bit more for that additional night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

it's an amazing place. closer to the main tourist places in Thessaloniki. all the information for the check in was so clear I really liked this place.

Ev, tam olarak fotograflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ekstra olarak istediklerimizide hemen tedarik edildi. Konum olarak, sakin ve huzur dolu bir yer. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz cok güzeldi. Diğer koylara gitmek içinde yine güzel bir konumdaydı. Cok yakında ihtiyaclarınızı karsılayabileceğiniz market var. Ev sahibi dost canlısı ve cok yardımsever. Sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Sonraki tatillerde kesinlikle yine düşüneceğim bir yer.

We hadden een heel fijne tijd bij Karin. Het huisje was schoon en gezellig en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Het terrein is heel mooi en rustgevend met uitzicht op de zee. Er is buiten veel plaats voor kinderen om te spelen en er is veel speelgoed dat ze mogen gebruiken. Karin is heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Ze geeft ook goede tips om de omgeving te ontdekken en nam de tijd om ons de dieren te leren kennen. We werden ook bij aankomst verwelkomd met lokaal lekkers. Kortom deze plek is echt een aanrader!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice place and friendly host. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Nea Plagia beach and taverns.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

Wir sind als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) angereist und wollten einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer verbringen. Das Haus war der perfekte Ort dafür. Wenn man mobil ist, erreicht man alles was man braucht innerhalb weniger Minuten. Ein paar Minuten weiter sind reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung umfasst alles, was man braucht. Das Meer ist nur nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war super, er hat immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Außerdem lagen in der Unterkunft Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, Strände usw. bereit. Mit Kindern ist der Wasserpark „Waterland“ sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns, es weiterempfehlen zu können!

Very nice location, literally a cross the beach. We where at the start of season and it was very peaceful...The house is equipped with everything, from all you need inside to the beach apparel, sunbeds, umbrellas, wind surfing, rowing boat...

Absolutely fantastic apartment and really quiet. As we walked in we felt right at home. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the view is beautiful. There are restaurants within a 2 min walking distance and there is a supermarket 3 mins away. To get to the center is super easy, by car, Uber or bus. It’s only 10 mins away. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Sofia war eine fantastische Gastgeberin – stets erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und unkompliziert, was uns von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft selbst hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. In Wirklichkeit war sie sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der traumhaften Aussicht auf den Hafen von Thessaloniki. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – super zentral und alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen – alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Jacuzzi und die bequemen Sonnenliegen auf der großen Terrasse – perfekt zum Entspannen mit Blick über die Stadt. Unterm Strich war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Daire çok temizdi. Maria harika bir evsahibi. Çocularıma ve bize küçük süprizler hazırlamıştı. Evde ihtiyacımız olan herşey fazlasıyla vardı. Evin konumu muhteşem hemen önünde deniz, ihtiyacınız olan herşey çok yakındı. Tekrar gelip o muhteşem balkonda günü batırmak için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Die Wohnung von George war exakt wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft. George war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat umgehend geantwortet. Der flexible Check-In mit der Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert, das war sehr wichtig, weil wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit einem Stockbett. Der Esstisch ist in der Küche verbaut und muss herausgezogen werden. Das hat gut funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht die neueste, aber es ist alles gut in Schuss. Wir können die Wohnung und auch George als Vermieter jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in der Oasis of the Sea in Neoi Epivates! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der fantastischen Aussicht – jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight. An einem Morgen konnten wir sogar Delphine beobachten. Der Empfang war herzlich und persönlich: Für die Kinder gab es kleine Geschenke, und für uns alle stand ein Willkommensgruß mit Getränken und Knabbereien bereit – eine tolle Geste, die direkt für Urlaubsstimmung sorgte. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm fanden wir auch die, soweit es möglich war, auf unsere Flugzeiten angepassten Check-in und Check-out-Zeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht haben. Die Wohnung selbst ließ wirklich nichts vermissen. Alles war sauber, modern eingerichtet und durchdacht ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Oasis of the Sea uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We had a great one night stay in Thessaloniki. Excellent location, very close to restaurants and markets. The view out to the sea is beautiful, especially the sunset. Place is spotless with unique cool furniture. Our just was very responsive with recommendations for Thessaloniki and even for our future destinations. We will be back.
