Lofts als Ferienunterkünfte in Périgord

Laurence's apartment is a destination in and of itself! It was a rainy week in Sarlat, and we ended up spending more time indoors than we had anticipated, but fortunately we were in this extraordinary, beautiful space. It has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, windows on three sides, comfortable sofas, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was a pleasure just to lounge about there. When we did go out, it was convenient to everything in Sarlat. There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby, with a butcher just across the street. There is also a bakery by the Carrefour, but if you want to (and we did), you can get your baguette at a different bakery every day of the week and still not run out of places to get fresh bread in the neighborhood. Maryse, who manages the place on Laurence's behalf, was very welcoming, and gave us an excellent recommendation for a taxi service to bring us in from the train station. We would definitely stay at Laurence's place again!

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end chez Simone. La communication est au top, Simone est très arrangeante, et les petites attentions nous ont fait très plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement.

Parfaitement situé dans l’hyper centre à proximité de toutes les commodités. Grand, spacieux, chaleureux. Il n’y a rien à dire si ce n’est que l’appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos.

Bonne communication. Nous étions 3 , donc a l'aise. Juste de passage pour faire du vélo on a pas profité du logement qui peux convenir pour une petite famille en vacances dans la région. le logement se situe a l'étage. l'escalier est pentu.

Lovely little apartment in a great location with really helpful hosts. The pictures don't do the space justice - it's characterful and charming, with plenty of room and facilities for 2. Outside, we particularly loved the pool area with a view over the vineyards, and of course the vineyard cats. Maria was extremely welcoming and helpful, and we took her up on the extras of early check-in and a tour and tasting, both of which enhanced our stay. This is the only self-catering unit we could find on a vineyard with facilities within walking distance - it was such a pleasure to be able to stroll into Saint Germain du Puch after a bottle of wine and have a supermarket, restaurants and 2x fantastic bakeries just a few minutes away. Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area independently. (NB: Whilst St Emilion has the history, it's extremely commercial - we preferred Bergerac and nearby Libourne).

Just completed our stay at Kestrel Loft. Totally pleased with our stay and the quirky but great accomodation. Managed to take advantage of the private pool. Andy was on hand when we arrived to go through all the amenities and give us advice. Throughout the week the "bread fairy" delivered again and thank you Andy. Would recommend this listing to anyone wishing for a base in this area of France.

Situé au centre de Montignac, logement très propre, avec du charme, mais assez sombre. Très bien équipé en électroménager. Commerces et restaurants à 2 pas. Des parkings gratuits, proches de l'hébergement, sont à disposition.

We absolutely loved our week long stay at the loft Corps de Garde in April. The apartment was even better than described in the listing and was very clean, comfortable and cozy.. The location was excellent and free parking nearby was a plus. A special thanks to Nelly who was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. We highly recommend the apartment!

Our stay at Xavier’s place was truly wonderful! The flat was exactly as advertised, with two full bathrooms and an amazing private balcony that was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine at night. We were lucky enough to have a full moon and clear skies, which made the evenings even more magical. The late summer nights were cool and refreshing, a perfect way to unwind. The location was ideal, with free street parking and convenient spots just around the corner. It was also walking distance to some fantastic restaurants, and we found the drive to nearby chateaus to be relatively short. I particularly loved visiting Bonagil Chateau—there’s an incredible restaurant underneath two beautiful giant trees that made for such a romantic and relaxing meal. Xavier was a fantastic host, offering great hospitality and guidance throughout our stay. Highly recommended!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est absolument charmant, aménagé et décoré avec goût, tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Xavier et Sandrine sont des hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous les remercions très sincèrement !

Je recommande sans hésiter. C’est un loft magnifique, parfaitement aménagé. Le chauffage marche au quart de tour. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Tous les équipements de cuisine sont disponibles et il y a une buanderie. Beaucoup d’espace et très lumineux. Nous reviendrons bientôt. Merci
